The Ukrainian President Victor Yushchenko has issued a statement strongly suggesting that the government is preparing to carry out mass forced vaccinations with the untested swine flu jab.
In a statement posted on the government website, Yushchenko announced a crack down on political protests and orders for the arrest of public health officials who have opposed mass "swine flu“ vaccinations and quarantines.

"I instruct the Government and the Ministry of Health to immediately start preventive and promotional work in areas where there is no epidemic, targeting primarily the special risk groups,“ he said.
"This means that medical aid must be urgently reinforced by emergency, critical care treatment. It is generally known that the only way to prevent any infection is vaccination,“ he said.
Yushchenko said he had ordered key medical officials who allowed political protests against the government to continue in the city of Kiev to be arrested under the pretext that they were jeopardising public health.
"I have addressed the Prosecutor General of Ukraine with the request to institute criminal charges of negligence committed by first of all the Chief Sanitary Inspector, Kyiv City Sanitarian and the officials, who, despite having daily information on the epidemic situation in the country, neglected it in pursuit of political dividends and ambition,“ he said.
Furthermore, he strongly suggested that democracy in the Ukraine was about to be uprooted and replaced by military rule under a special "interdepartmental commission“ that follows orders from WHO and the UN.
"We must change the system. We must change the entire system of government in Ukraine,“ Yushchenko said.
"Back in April of 2009 I addressed the Government with the request to establish a special interdepartmental commission on fighting the spread of flu viruses, to finance the establishment of Flu Center and to take all measures to protect the country against flu. That included providing adequate availability of medicines, facemasks and all other necessaries. "
This "interdepartmental commission“ to tackle pandemic flus appears to be subordinated to WHO and the UN under provisions in the International Health Regulations 2005.
In addition, he said he had issued a ban on all medicines to treat infections and will allow the use only of toxic and untested swine flu jabs mandated by WHO: the "vaccines“ are classified as bioweapons by EU and US authorities.
"I demand the Government to immediately cancel the existing order of registration of medical supplies, including vaccines.
Studying this issue by the National Security and Defense Council shown that this procedure has allowed various dealers to bring to Ukraine dubious medicines, which are not recognized by the WHO or other national institutions,“ he said.
In addtion, he said that anyone who did not follow the government’s orders on the pandemic would be arrested.
"Failure to comply with its orders will immediately result in application to the law enforcement authorities,“ he said.
Yushchenko amended the national pandemic plan on October 30th to increase the power of the secret services and police in the event of a pandemic emergency.

The above numbers from the latest update from Ukraine (see map) continue to alarm. More than half of the Oblasts and cities listed exceed the epidemic threshold, including Kiev and Kiev Oblast, raising concerns that the increase in case numbers will accelerate. Moreover, hospitalization of 39,603 raises concerns that the number of deaths will also accelerate, since 11% of hospitalized cases in California died.
Although WHO has suggested that these alarming number may reflect sub-standard medical and housing conditions, the numbers remain alarming. Mill Hill indicated that at least 15 samples were H1N1 positive, indicating they now have a small database of Ukraine sequences. Although initial reports indicated there were no "major" changes, which presumably referred to reassortment, and no Tamiflu/Peramivir resistance, further analysis was required to rule out significant changes which were presumably linked to SNPs.
However, because the virus already has demonstrated an ability to cause fatal infections in a disproportionate number of children and previously healthy adults, small changes in the virus could lead to increases in viral load leading to an increase in cytokine storm frequency and hemorrhagic pneumonia, as reported for earlier cases.
Therefore release of full sequences at this time is warranted.
Similarly, more detail on the number of fatal and hospitalized cases with hemorrhagic pneumonia would be useful.

About the over 80 million gun owners and that the vast majority of the have 2 or more guns. In the scenario of the government openly going Nazi 80 million would double over night and triple in a week.

The swine flu is not that bad. My brother had it last month. He didn't get any vaccines, and he was fine. He just stayed home from school for a week, and that was it.

Jeff - This is truly weird. First is a link to the AP story...I encourage everyone to read it carefully. There are very strange aspects to it that one cannot dismiss lightly. One wonders if this man had been anyone else... than whoever he is... if the outcome would have been the same.
As it is, we don't know what the outcome actually is. Did he get a VIP pass to fly to Israel shortly after he was taken into custody? There have been no news reports of him being charged with anything.
The public post by one 'H.L. Schenken' introduces even more strange...but unsubstantiated angles...including the infamous name of Baxter Labs...

Now, the information I received tonight.
Joseph Moshe (Moshe is the man's middle name) is a bio-scientist. He works (worked?) for a unit within Mossad. He is an Israeli citizen.
The Secret Service was not the agency involved in the surveillance of Moshe at his home in California. This was done by the FBI, who had orders to detain him, or "bring him in."
Moshe did not send a threat to the White House. Rather, he communicated that he intended to go public with information he had regarding the flu vaccine that is being prepared by Baxter Labs, an Austrian company (headquartered in the US - ed).
The information is this: The vaccine is being manufactured in Ukraine. It is not a vaccine at all, but rather an engineered genetically mutated bio-weapon meant to cause sickness and death. Moshe informed the White House he intended to go public with this information.
When he became aware that the FBI was about to detain him, he packed some belongings in his car and set out for the Israeli consulate, located in close proximity to the federal building where the standoff took place. FBI pursuit kept him from reaching his destination.
Mounted on top of the large black vehicle was a microwave weapon which fried the electronics in Moshe's car as well as any communication devices he had which might have been used to contact the media or others who could help him.
Moshe did not suffer the same effects of the gas and pepper spray that others would have because he had built up an immunity to such weapons as a by-product of his Mossad training.
Moshe was not handcuffed because he was not placed under arrest. After leaving police or FBI custody, he returned to Israel, where he is at this time.
The information comes from one of my confidential sources. I have reason to believe it is accurate. If I receive more information I will post it.

So, there it is. WHAT it is, we cannot be certain of. Consider...Mr. 'Moshe' sits through FOUR ROUNDS of disabling tear gas and pepper spray INSIDE his tiny car? The cops are mind-blown by this feat alone. And then Mr. Schenken raises the darkly-clouded name of Baxter Labs in his post. So, if you see an announcement by Prime Minister Netanyahu soon that he is ordering Israelis NOT to take the swine flu vaccine, it may not be just a coincidence...
Your interpretation fits the methodology of the harrasement.
Even having no handcuffs, not arrested (part of intimidation)
and no picture showing Mr. Moshe wearing handcuffs,
or detained for may draw public attention, more so the mainsteam's attention.
