I'd love to write a
I'd love to write a screenplay based on Jackson's life...it would be very sad throughout most, but the scenes portraying his battle against Biddle (the banks) would resonate today. The scene where he beats his would-be assassin nearly to death with his cane would be intense as well :-) (and extremely uplifting I would think!)
The Indian parts would be painful to watch however. I hear he was rather brutal to them. ;-|
For an informed citizenry, individuals must discard the television set in favor of the acquisition of information via either books and/or the internet. An uneducated populous will remain in ignorance and thus continue to suffer the sharp ax of tyranny.
