Schiff tells Harvard students why they pay outrageous tuition

This was the Q&A Peter did yesterday at his Harvard speech. Slams the government down and explains why today's education is dumb-downed and why a college degree today is worth less than a high school diploma back in the day, along with of course explaining why tuitions are outrageously high. I know someone posted today the entire video of the speech earlier, but I figured most people didn't watch it an hour before Peter got to the Q&A to see this question. And it was on two separate youtubes in the original video but this one splices the two together so it's on one video.
