Just an aside...on the way you view the world after "waking up" from the old American dream...today while driving home I saw a herd of cattle following a truck carrying hay. You don't see the free range cattle out here in the west hustling at full speed very often, so it really caught my eye to see a long line of cattle jogging quickly to catch up with the truck and the hay.

You probably know what went through my mind already.

Just an observation of how the herd behaves when some attractive bait is dangled before them.

Individual liberty means individual responsibility. You have the right to be responsible. By why bother with all the risk and hassle when you can get shit for free by surrendering your...what's the word and what does it even mean?...freedom.

This country started with a really awesome vision, but entropy has had its awful way with so many of our people.

Instead of blaming genetics or immorality or a communist/CIA mind control program, I'm going to blame industry.

It's all industrial disease.

my property taxes increased - significantly. I'm sure there are others who have the same problem yet out of all my friends and family... i'm the only one speaking out about it.

everyone else seems to ... not care.

I don't know how you can stay so calm. For that matter I don't know how Congressman Paul has been so patient for so long.

Whenever I try to talk to folks about what is happening it invariably ends up in me getting angry.

I just got off the phone with Senator Kay Hagan's office and asked the guy on the other end of the line how she could vote for an Unconstitutional health care bill. And he trotted out the General Welfare clause and I lost it.

It's so clear to me that Congressman Paul is so effective because he is so good at educating without losing his cool.

I know I've got to get to a point where I don't blow my stack when I'm faced with people that don't think the way I do. I'd like to gently plant seeds the way Dr. Paul does.

On the issues of: "Free health care vs. buying insurance vs. being forced to buy mandatory insurance."

None of those issues can be properly be addressed until the entire health care institution is set right by returning to the standards that once made it great to begin with, "i.e. reasonable rates that came about via less governmental interferance of over regulation and the free market with competition."

Because the entire system now lacks these features, the system is broken and cannot be fixed until things get put back on the right track.

To sum up:
Everything being discussed in from "free health care to mandatory insurance," comes secondary and cannot be properly addressed until the foundation is properly set on which the premise rests.

Strike the root.

They can't or won't take care of themselves.

And it isn't a recent thing...it isn't a US thing...people have always been like this...

and small groups of people have actually attempted to create civilizations to help all these idiots...to create infrastructures, to create law, etc. Having limited resources, these people have had to say and do lots of necessary things to grow civilization that the masses find horrible.

They have had to control the population (war, abortion, etc.), let people die, hamper life expectency, channel the masses into productivity, tax people heavily, etc. But slowly, civilizations evolved from tribes to cities to states to countries...and now continents.

The United States was a great country, but it obsolete now. Sure it continues to serve as a shining beacon to the masses around the world, but it is not a sovereign nation anymore. The global economic infrastructure has been placed and sovereign nations have no place in it anymore...thus, independent nations like Iraq, Iran, Syria, North Korea, etc. must be assimulated.

Nearly every person who talks about government, no matter how they disagree about issues, are well-intentioned...including Ron Paul and his supporters. But being well-intentioned is no replacement for being well-informed...and simply, the vast, vast majority of people are not well-informed...including Ron Paul and his supporters. They simply lack the bigger picture.

Further, this bigger picture includes the fact that there are competing world orders: the Judeo/Christian (JC), Islam, Asian, and probably others that I don't know about. The creation of the US is part of the JC world order...in fact, the US is the latest evolutional step in the JC civilization. If you like the US, then you like the JC world order.

Why does the JCWO have to deceive so much? When they try to disclose the truth, people freak out too much. Remember what happened when Bush Sr mentioned a new world order? People are still flipping out about that. So they have to slowly indoctrinate people using a barrage of vehicles to get people to let go of their nationality, to become citizens of the world, to back global infrastructures, etc.

Further, the fight between world orders confuses things and slows down this illumination. Each world order needs their resources productive, and that productivity usually relies on the masses' old theories of nationalism.

Basically, the JC order is currently taking the fight to the Islam world order right now. The JC order has softened the Islamic culture from within enough that they can finally use force.

When I accepted the hard truth of history, of world organization, it was hard for me to let go of the US, of Ron Paul, etc., but after a hard period of adjustment, I feel more optimistic about the human species. It does seem that there are benevolent forces out there that is trying to turn a chaotic smattering of blind nations into a world order that ends poverty, hunger, ignorance, cruelty, etc.

Isaac Asimov wrote a book called "Earth Our Crowded Spaceship". It seemed to discuss overpopulation; however, the logical summary is for the human species to treat the Earth as one civilization. It is much more efficient that way. The barrier is the lack of wisdom and morality amongst humans. Thus a deceptive world order was necessary to slowly overcome human foolishness, ignorance, and immorality.
