What the officers did was F'd up, however
What the officers did was F'd up, however, the real point of this report is for MSM to assist the administration by smearing Joe Arpaio in any way possible. This is the same sheriff that has had success combating illegal immigration, and he's standing up to the federal government saying "no, I will enforce the laws, even if you won't". The administration has a real hard on for this guy, and the DoJ is bearing down on him with a microscope.
It's only a matter of time til he goes down for something. I'm no Arpaio fanboy, but I'm just saying the officers names that did the court room thieving wasn't mentioned once, but Sheriff Arpaio's name is mentioned more than once, ergo, this report is heavily agenda driven, and that agenda has nothing to do with defending the Constitution. They trot out the Constitution when it suits them, and pretend it doesn't exist, or interpret it to mean anything they want it to mean to get whatever bill they want passed. (/cough, health care, /cough).
I'm all about holding cops accountable. I hope those 2 get busted. I don't know what the defendant did, but it sounds minor (30 day sentence), so I think his case should be dismissed, or his sentence reduced.
Arpaio is more bad than good

You Nialed it. - CNN Selectively Reports to Affect Opinon
The Only reason CNN reported this is because it suites the Obama Political Machines interest.
If the police in this case had come from a Democrat controlled organization we never would have heard about it.
Thx HD
