At the campaign strategy sessions in St Paul in 2008, we were taught about how important power is to political success. We need to form large groups that wield power so that we'll be respected, and courted for our favor. In case you didn't know, Nevada would have sent over 30 Ron Paul delegates to the national convention, if our state convention hadn't been gaveled to a close, mid-vote by Bob Beers under the instructions of Sue Lowden. Lowden is running for US Senate against Reid. She is issuing press releases that suppress the facts about her actions at the convention & the fact that she hand picked the delegates that went to St Paul.
Even more unbelieveable, she is issuing press releases that state we Ron Paul people are supporting her campaign!

Robert Holloway has put together a PAC to end Lowden's campaign. He needs people to sign on to this PAC, & that's what I'm asking you to do. Email Robert at
robert.holloway@ntanet.net
and tell him your name, state, & that you support his PAC for Fair Elections. He's not asking you for money. He just needs to be able to say that his PAC is supported by ______________ people from _____________ states, that were outraged by what went on in Nevada. Specifically the events orchestrated by Sue Lowden.
PLEASE, e-mail Robert today.

The following is the first press release issued by the PAC. We want to issue another one soon, and need to be able to say our PAC is
____________ voices strong!

Las Vegas, NV October 26, 2009:

Robert Holloway, representing a group of Nevada Republicans, announced today the formation of a Political Action Committee to oppose the candidacy of Sue Lowden for the United States Senate. Mr. Holloway stated the reasons for forming the committee as follows:

“Sue Lowden betrayed the trust of hundreds of delegates to the state Republican Convention in April of last year. She did so by abruptly halting the convention without the approval of the convention delegates and in the middle of vote counting. This prevented the election of delegates to the National Convention. Halting the convention without approval of the delegates was contrary to the rules of the convention and also violated an agreement that the state party had with the Republican National Committee to elect delegates at the convention.

As state party chairperson, Sue Lowden played a leading role in subverting the election. The election was halted so suddenly that one ballot box was carried away before the counting was completed. No explanation of the results for that ballot box has ever been made. It simply disappeared as if it had never existed. The delegates to the national convention were later selected by Sue Lowden and a few others, contrary to state law and party rules, which require that the delegates be elected by the state convention.

A contest committee consisted of nine high ranking members of the National Republican Committee characterized the actions of Lowden and her circle as follows:

‘The Committee on Contests, however, is deeply troubled by the ineptness of the State Party in conducting its process to select delegates and alternate delegates to the national convention. This committee rejects any process to select delegates and alternate delegates that restricts party grassroots activists from participating in that process, as appears to be the case here.
In its certification to the RNC, required to be filed by September 4, 2007, the Nevada State Party certified that it would elect its national convention delegates and alternate delegates at its state convention. The record before this committee is clear that this did not occur. Rather the record reflects that delegates to the national convention were selected by the State Party’s Executive Committee via teleconference after the state convention failed to elect delegates and the State Party failed to reconvene the state convention. The Committee finds the State Party’s delegate selection process flawed, inadequate, and unacceptable.’
Many Republicans were troubled by the arrogant and selfish actions of Sue Lowden. She was more interested in currying favor with a possible McCain administration than in promoting the long term interests of good government. Sue Lowden’s leading role in improperly halting the delegate election disqualifies her for any position of trust in government. She apparently has little respect for one of the most important institutions in American government, that of fair elections. Our group hopes to raise awareness of the dismal record of Sue Lowden and to oppose her election to the Senate. The Political Action Committee has created a website at http://www.fairnevadaelections.com/

Are you kidding??? This One person deserves .... a special place

in hell!!!

It was her corrupt actions that prevented the other 4 states needed to draft Ron Paul for a floor vote!!! -- for those of you not familiar, all that was needed was 5 states to sign a form nominating him for a floor vote at the GOP national convention... (we had at least 2 other states signed up...and with Nevada that would have made 3!!) All that would have have been needed was 2 additional states!! (which would have been much easier with the 3 state momentum....)

SO PEOPLE SIGN UP.... AND SEND THIS TO ALL YOUR CONTACTS..THIS PAC SHOULD SCARE THE HELL OUT OF SUE LOWDEN !!!

Done! email sent!!!

Thank You for your efforts!!! Who knows what might have happened at the Republican National Convention If Ron Paul's delegates had been allowed to participate at the Nevada Convention and the National Convention!!!

thanks john...

now if the other 200-300 members of dp will join... Sue will go down in flames!!

Nevada GOP is electing its new executive board

this Saturday. We're hoping to elect "us." If you'll go give your name to Robert, it will help with our campaign.

perhaps if you gave people more details how they can help

this process... more would join... (not everyone is familiar with a PAC..nor have they been involved with one before..just a thought)

Otherwise keep on pushing ..... Sue must go down in flames!!!!

“Elections are short term

“Elections are short term efforts; revolutions are long term projects.” --Ron Paul

There were 34 delegates total, the 3 Constitutional which is the Chairman, Sue Low-down and the Committee man and the Committee woman. Then there were 31 delegates to be voted on which 9 come from the three congressional districts = CD1, CD2, CD3; that leaves 22 delegates to be elected at large. Sue and her conniving plan was able to stop the final count of CD2 but CD1 and CD3 were counted and there were 4 delegates for Ron Paul and 2 who were for McCain. As we found out in the 2009 count CD2 had 3 more Ron Paul delegates. Then there was the count for elected at large which was never finalized at the first convention because the lights literally went out but at the second convention, the majority if not all elected were Ron Paul delegates—I think that the count was 28 total.

The problem was that Sue said in February or March (prior to the April Convention) that she would never allow anyone to have the microphone at the RNC and would vote unanimously for McCain regardless of how many other delegates would be voted in.

Then after she had the lights turned out at the first convention, she told her ex-board that she would never let anyone but her hand picked [elitist] friends go to the RNC and that is what pretty much happened. The RNC after the official challenge gave her all but about three or four of the Ron Paul duly elected delegates. The other elected delegates got nothing too so the elitist, chosen ones could attend like they always did.

This little miss America runner-up would surely fit in Washington DC as just another crook, definitely not caring at all for Nevadan’s and most likely, not for any body else but herself. This is why we need more people to sign up for this PAC.

Fair Nevada Elections Political Action Committee

Sue Lowden, who so treacherously subverted last year's convention in Nevada, is running for the U.S. Senate. I believe she will be a danger to the Republic if she is elected. Please help us prevent her election. Give money if you can but if you can't at least lend us your moral support by sending me an email stating your support. The website of the political action committee is www.fairnevadaelections.com

To send a message of support and to be included as a supporter of the PAC, send an email to holloway3@aol.com

Another thing that can be done is to spread the word to various forums about the PAC website above. We formed the PAC only a couple of weeks ago but the Associated Press has spread the story over the country. It is important to spread the word now and show Sue Lowden for what she really is, so that she will have trouble raising the money to fund her race.

Look, when we have to start getting elected as delegates again, all this stuff will be important to you. We Nevadan's will help the rest of you if you will help us.

Come On!

I really need all of you to send your names to Robert!!!

What Lowden

and many other GOP in Nevada "forget" to mention, is that we hadn't elected our 30+ At Large delegates before she shut down the election. I was in the counting room 2 wks ago, & you wouldn't believe the numbers for the 3 RP delegates. They were a landslide. The same thing would have happened in the At Large election. We were never able to get to it. The lights & sound were shut off, the RINO's marched out of the room & we mistakenly thought we needed a quorum in order to resume. We didn't. Remember that for the future, we DIDN'T. We resumed the convention in June & elected a Ron Paul delegation, but the convention was run in a totally non-partisan fashion. That convention, organized by Wayne Terhune, was unrecognized. Lowden & her pals said that their invitation to resume a second convention didn't get off the ground because they didn't have enough RSVP's. They didn't have the RSVP's because we'd ALREADY finished the convention in June. Then, she went & picked her buddies to go to St Paul.

30 delegates?

I didn't think it was 30 delegates; I thought the recent counting of the discovered ballots showed that about 3 Ron Paul delegates were disenfranchised. In any case, Lowden does need to be defeated.

3 delegates or more?

Sue Lowden tried to get all of the delegates and to do that she had to stop the election. There were more than 20 delegates yet to be selected in an at large election when she stopped the convention and the elections. So there is proof that she cheated three based on the ballots that were recently opened but there is ample evidence that her people would have lost the delegates that had not yet been chosen when the election process was halted. So it is a good bet that she deprived somewhere from 20 to 30 people of their rightful place as delegates to the national convention.
