You recall when Bierfeldt got stopped by the TSA airport goons for carrying a Campaign for Liberty cashbox with about $4,700 in it onto an airplane?

As a result of the suit he and the ACLU filed, the TSA has issued a new regulation:

“… screening may not be conducted to detect evidence of crimes unrelated to transportation security,”
