However, you raise a very good point... one which will once and for all expose the real legality behind the exercise.

That is to do exactly as you state, and run off on a tangent somewhat altered from Schulz's PLAN or agenda he has put into place. After all every one of his past agenda's have proven to be ineffective, including his hunger strike, because they have no legal or constitutional clout, were already shot down by the courts, and use left wing attornies helping him create BAD law! All eating up te substance of fine patriots who have supported him thinking he was lock stock and barrel behind a Paul type government... wrong. He is behind a Schulz visability!

Therefore the CC09 could proceed to remove him, or simply act as if he is moot, and progress along a strong pro-active line towards the more important issues of throwing out the bums, or some such vital action so needed in this next election process... something the C4L is prohibited by their own legal structure from doing!! That would reveal the true Schulz... as he would no doubt attempt to step in and expose his real authority in the whole 'show' of called CC09, that there is a different legal structure at work behind the organization called WTP, and a different 'ownership' than most of the delegates realized.

That indeed is a very powerful plan. It gives the voice towards meaningful action to the CC09, and any act on Schulz's part to impede that would blow his cover.

As always anything in support of the foundational principles I support... up to a point. But, history teaches us much, and to deny and continue in the face of the danger we are presently facing, is foolish. I wish the best for CC09, but what does that mean?... the best for CC09?, considering the fact it has absolutely zero legal and constitutional standing? It is educational, possibly publicity, but there is much more not being revealed by the powers to be behind the scenes.

If you really want to understand what is behind Schulz's money raiser called CC09, ask Devvy or read her columns on the subject! She was the former Executive Director of WTP, knows the inner workings and machinations, personality cult, and 'acting' of Schulz better than most. (I know him also) She has written on the futility of this money grab, the wasted patriot resources of time money, by the WTP, several times since she resigned.

It is a convoluted subject and one hidden from most superficial followers. Needless to say he has not proven to be of the Ron Paul liberty stripe. His beliefs, akin to his friends in the Rockefeller family, that there should be opened up a national Constitutional Convention, something he used to campaign for in NY as a talk show host, defy compatibility with sound patriot, liberty minded thinking, but rather give rise to caution and warning!

He has used up much time and resource needed for the most important battle ahead, retaking the nomination process. This he has done with his continual money raising ideas for the WTP debts paid out to left wing lawyer Mark Lane (ACLU) over the years.

He bears watching... more than the constitutionally and legally powerless proclamations of the CC09. It is a feel good distraction I am afraid, just like all the past exercises he has engaged in. Few in number are the electorate followers of the WTP, when compared to the tremendous rise in numbers of the grassroots knowledge in the last election cycle! There lies our power, not with Bob Schulz, who gave littlel towards a Paul presidency, being nearly silent the whole time.

Beware of the machinations of the globalist GOP ... they fear only one thing, and that is the grassroots and electorate taking hold of the nomination process. All the Dem friends I know would vote for a Paul in a heartbeat! There is our strength, to that service should be directed our talents, and therein should lay our focus.

Hey this is cool. Richard Church is a member from the great state of Wisconsin, and I voted for him. Whahooo !!! I know I am being represented well because Richard is a Constitutionalist through and through and a member of Campaign for Liberty ;-).

But what is the purpose of this Continental Congress?
I saw some of the posts here on DP, but I don't understand the agenda.

Benjamin Franklin brought a motion for a prayer? He tried that once before when a continental convention was terribly bogged down in minutia, but the motion was voted down! Franklin was a diest, but he never ragged on the Christians like Thomas Paine and some others did. He even accepted invitations to church on occasion.

When he was quite old, he answered a question about his beliefs with characteristic wit:
