Just a 2012/new age rant

It seems the hype over the 'mysterious' 2012 is starting to hit the fan hard now. I must admit years back I too was fascinated by the end of the world scenarios and astrological misinterpretations but now I'm far above that. Now that we are in an age of entertainment, these theories can be used to not only brainwash a society into thinking they are true but big bucks are also to be made. I think it just shows how greedy our species truly has become. The big profit isn't the money though, it's the state of mind they want you to be in so that acceptance isn't an issue anymore.

All the built up fear is just going to add to their plan of a complete totalitarian society that puts people into a mindset that everyone should be equal, from the amount of food you eat to your carbon output. Every totalitarian society gathers information about its peoples and look what the internet has become. Just a slate of personality databases and chalkboard to keep those unhappy with the way things are going a place to communicate amongst themselves (because if you're not on the same page as those in control you are a lesser-type of human not as 'intellectual' as those far inferior beings). I honestly think nothing of significance will happen in 2012 naturally. Whatever the natural changes are, they have been happening and will continue gradually without much notice in a single lifetime.

If you happen to follow those higher up in status and where they are taking society with cultural revolutions and the like, you can see how this period in time is the perfect card in their deck. If you could predict one thing for certain based off of the past, it is that you know they are going to play that card in some way or another to benefit their utopia on Earth. Seriously, think how 9/11 affect the entire globe. Imagine how big of an impact a 2012 event would cause and to what extent they could use this 'crisis' to further the agenda. 9/11 created a society of fear who accepted authoritarianism and looked up to those in control to protect and take care of them (nanny-state). With the corruption in our lives now, I wouldn't put it past those in control to set-up food, water, oil shortages to bring up the fear level. Perfect setting to bring in their new age of aquarius.

Anyways, sorry for the rant. I just came in contact with a bit too many 2012 movie ads today and was reading some new age garbage on share-international.org.
