Has Dollar DeCoupling Started (like Peter Schiff says)

Peter Schiff always says that the US Dollar will decouple from the other world currencies.

It looks like South Korea is the First Country to state that they are going to decouple.

Euro and Chinese money do not show signs of decoupling yet but I wonder how long the Europeans will push the Euro down before they give up.
