It is going to take a while because it is 225 pages. Thanks for the link. It looks interesting. I talk about this stuff in my classes.

Question: Why so expensive at $860 - $2,020?

I know that it is worth it, but why does the book cost so much?

PDF is still there and is downloading now at 75 megabytes, still will take awhile.
