I got the biggest applause at my town hall meeting.. yeah

Went to Jim Sensenbrenner's town hall meeting this morning. For the most part decent comments and questions from people, but there are a few idiots out there. There were 2 or 3 ladies who were scared to death of terrorist attacks and wanted obama to attack more. Idiots.

Any way I had 2 questions for Mr. Sensenbrenner:

1. I've read that a second stimulus is all but a done deal (he denied that). I said the first was a steal.. it saved 600,000 jobs for just $300,000 each. I said I support a second stimulus. One that actually helps us.. let's suspend the income tax and capital gains tax for 1-2 years. Then we can spend and invest more and gov't would have to go on a diet. I ask him if he would support that idea. Didn't really get an answer.
On a side note: imagine if something like this did pass. Voting to reestablish the income tax in a year or 2 would be political suicide. This could be a sneaky way of forever ending the income tax and the IRS.

2. And I was surprised by the reaction from the people so it's a good sign:
I asked are we ever going to get a true and significant audit of the FED per HR 1207 and find out what these crooks are up to or are people like Barney Frank and Watt going to gut the thing to the point that it's worthless.

His response was that with Nancy Pelosi controllong the bill, he wouldn't hold his breath
