Petition to Declare 16th Amendment Null and Void - Need Signatures Now!

We need to get some signatures on this petition for redress for the non-ratification of the 16th Amendmen pronto. We have only until the 19th for it to be filed. They only have 165 signers right now. In case anyone missed it. CC2009 was just shown proof that the 16th amendment was never ratified, so this petition for redress demands it be null and void.

Jeffrey Dickstein, the attorney for Bill Benson who wrote "The Law That Never Was" Parts 1 and 2 about the non-ratification of the 16th amendment, has put together an official petition for redress in accordance with our first amendment right. The petition will be filed with Congress. You know the old saying, "use it or lose it," NOW is the time to use it!

I personally met William J. Benson back in 1995. I purchased his two-volume book in hard copy form called "The Law That Never Was". During my visit with him, Mr. Benson graciously signed my newly acquired two-volume set. I have never forgotten how honorably humble and intelligent this man was and is to this day.

Because of Mr. Benson's book, I've traveled down a road that has CHANGED my life forever. Over the last decade and a half, I have learned so much about our Federal Government, and how Washington DC has become absolutely corrupt beyond our wildest beliefs. Their goal, to control and rule over everything, and therefore enslave us all, forever.

There is no doubt in my mind that our present day United States Federal Government literally hates the document our fore fathers interred into with us We the People, called The Constitution of the United States. Why, you might ask? Because it’s the only document (contract) that We the People hold firmly in our hands that restricts and limits their powers to rule over us, We the People. Though their actions since 1913, they have declared war against the Constitution and We the People. And by doing so, those involved have become the true traitors/terrorists within this country.

May God almighty help us all!

I prefer to not put all of my eggs in one basket. If a cause is supporting the Constitution, and they are working actively towards repealing unconstitutional laws, then I will back them and promote them. One of these causes will one day be the straw that breaks the camel's back.

I will sign, BUT I did want to point out that it is of little consequence, since the Supreme Court already ruled (NEVER OVERTURNED) that the 16th amendment "CONFERRED NO NEW POWERS OF TAXATION"

So if you didnt owe before the 16th amendment, you dont owe after.

What many "tax protesters" GET WRONG is their claim that "income tax" is unconstitutional...which it isnt...and their implication that the 16th amendment (if it was properly ratified) would make it constitutional, so their big fight is that the 16th amendment was improperly ratified. In reality, it doesnt matter if the 16th amendment was ratified or not, as it simply cleared up some issues with persons already 'owing a tax"...the more important issue is the application of the income tax., By law it is suppose to apply to "federal Personnel" for the most part....

so to close, the attorneys could easily repeal the 16th amendment, and it would have little if ANY effect on the taxing power of the IRS.

I wish it could be, but the way things are going nothing is for the people, or logical, rational, just etc. Seems the only thing that had a spark of hope for the people was HR 1207 and that has been screwed with. I guess they are always attacking freedom from all sides and we need to push back on all sides. I'd love to see something like this prevail!
