Prison and fines for refusing to buy insuranceSubmitted by hornoffreedom on Sun, 11/15/2009 - 06:57
I refuse to go along with this Congress' health care scheme.
I will not be coerced into voiding my religious beliefs nor will I give any implied consent to the concept of the U.S. government meddling with private health care.
Now we know what the camps are for...I'm starting to think.
Do you trust Obama?
Are you not disgusted that this is devolving into a debate about taxes? Isn't it crystal clear that it's against the concept of being American to require the purchase of anything?
This is not a tax protest, yet that's how it's being framed now.
If we allow this to happen, it won't be too long until they decide that you need to purchase anything under the sun, in the guise of a tax of course.
Of course no one here in their right mind wishes to go to prison or pay exorbitant fines, but I ask you this: Are you going to cower now?
Does America need more mealy-mouthed cowards that stand for nothing?
It wouldn't surprise me one bit if when push comes to shove, the majority of Americans will roll over yet again.
Please, Lord, let me be wrong.
