Yesterday we had some postings about this and commenters pointed out that his bow was just courtesy or something.
He is not a private person or a tourist.
He represents something and should be more careful with those things.

I have thought since he took office that ONE of his problems
is that he has absolute AMATEURS and UNprofessional people on his staff. I think he just brought his "thugs" with him and NONE of them is experienced in knowing proper protocal and appropriate behavior when meeting these foreign leaders. They are just a bunch of narcissistic thugs who are just as ignorant of other cultures and traditions as many Americans are. What would be SMART would be to have someone on staff who KNOWS this stuff so he doesn't look like such an IDIOT on these occasions. But, of course, he and his friends are narcissists and they think that they know it all.

As former vice president of the USA, yes, he was at one time, perhaps even when this photo was taken, a world leader.
On a deeper psychological
On a deeper psychological level this might show that he is indeed a private person meeting the emperor.
As a constitutional lawyer he knows he is ineligible.
As the multi culti national he is he has little respect for the role of POTUS.
My question is only: does he have no advisors?
Can he really go around and act like a private person?
