The Fed denied the request.

Nov. 7, 2008, Bloomberg filed suit.

On Aug. 24, 2009, Judge Loretta Preska of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York ruled in favor of Bloomberg

The Fed appealed the judge’s decision Sept. 30.

In October, the New York appeals court granted the Fed’s motion to keep the borrower information confidential while it seeks to overturn the lower court ruling.

A hearing on the appeal is tentatively scheduled for the week of Jan. 4.

That must be an old clip. It says the court made the ruling "yesterday" which was a Sunday. I think it refers to a ruling that was made some time ago, and which the Fed appealed. They have yet to produce anything.
