we had the transmitter in a Winnebago, and moved it around so they couldn't triangulate position. Then people started putting them at their homes, and the FCC would come and threaten them, and they would shut down.
Then a certain person I wont name, did some research into the fact that the FCC has to act through a local authority ( Sheriff ) to be able to do anything.

So at about the year 2000 the FCC showed up to intimidate someone that was transmitting. Our small patriot group was alerted, and about 15 people showed up ( about 6 with video cameras) to greet these 2 creeps from the FCC with the local jurisdiction papers.. It was awesome!!! These A-holes couldn't scramble to their car fast enough and get out of there. It was a great day for the patriot community of Austin. I will never forget it.

Sheriff Frank lives in a part of Austin that is high up on a plateau, and is the perfect place for a large antennae, as there are about 20 other massive antennas there for other radio stations already. It was the perfect place to have great coverage over most of Austin.

I am SO MAD about this that steam is coming out of my ears. I wont know what to do without our micro radio station here in Austin. I pledge to fight with everything I have to save this from being shut down.

As long as you are not interfering with someone elses frequency, and not selling commercial products from your broadcast site, you are supposed to be OK.
WHO CARES IF SHERIFF MACK HAS A SMALL ANTENNA COMING UP FROM HIS HOUSE WHICH IS LOCATED IN THE MIDST OF 20 TO 30 MASSIVE ANTENNAS!!!!!

This is the first I have heard about Sheriff Mack's troubles. I will try to get more info. I would also humbly ask the members of the DP to assist in whatever ways they can, whether it be phone calls, emails, or donations to fight these bastards.

Please keep this bumped, as I am fixing to have to leave for appointments, but this is an important fight, I hope you will join in. This radio station wasn't hurting or infringing on anyone. It was getting out the TRUTH which is something they don't want.

I think you confused Frank with Mack. Easy mistake!
