If you look into the reasons
that USC Title 50, Section 1520 was implemented into US law, you'll see reams of examples about how all kinds of chemicals and biological weapons were sprayed all over uninformed and non-consenting populations in the US, sickening and killing them.
It's all declassified military documentation, and they have sprayed us, even after that, for decades, and it continues today.
They just refuse to admit it, because they could get into trouble over it, and there are alot of dupes who love the gov't that defend them by obfuscating the issue with their uneducated premise that they are "contrails".
