It should be mandatory for congress to sit through these discussions and all other business of their day. I'm shocked how often Dr. Paul ends up speaking to a empty chamber. It just shows America how idiotic our congress critters really are.

That's dedication for you...arguing the case against the war even when the House is virtually empty. I think it's a shame he can't just come out and say that we're only there for corporate enrichment and other shady purposes, he has to work strategically and harp on the fact that Congress doesn't even know what the target of the war is and never declared the war. So it's off the rails, basically, unhinged from normal government.

I commend Congressmen Paul, Kagan, Jones and McGovern
