HuffPo and it's commentors starting to be extremely critical of the FED and Mel Watts
Three different articles have been put up on the HuffPo in the last 3 days regarding the FED all of them are supportive of RP and against Mel Watts. The comments on all of them are hugely against Watts efforts.
It's good to see the liberals starting to take up the issue with us, even though they are doing it for different reasons. We need all the allies we can get on this issue.
First came:

That 3rd article is pretty encouraging.
Even the heads of the AFL-CIO (11 million people) and SEIU (1.8 million people) are on board. I'll take that!
Quote:
"An unusual coalition of progressive economists, labor leaders, and bloggers has decided to fight back against a congressional amendment that would allow the Federal Reserve to continue operating in secrecy.
In a Thursday letter to the House Financial Services Committee, economists like Dean Baker and Rob Johnson, author Naomi Klein, and such labor luminaries as the AFL-CIO's Richard Trumka and the SEIU's Andy Stern, urged committee members to shoot down an amendment by Rep. Mel Watt (D-N.C.) that would essentially allow the Fed to keep the lights off while it throws money around."

Good to see.
HuffingtonPost has been great on the Fed lately. I like this one best, it opened my eyes even more:

Hopefully some of those liberals can show up at the End the Fed rallies Sunday, although I don't know how many of them want to actually END the Fed.
Common Ground
Liberals hate corporatism ... not capitalism... they just don't know it. I think this is a good stepping stone in working towards common ground between liberals and libertarians.
