I am hoping someone will read this and know what it is I speak of.
Some years ago I read a short story about the second american revolution. The revolutionaries in this story fought the government by
Indirectly attacking the infrastructure itself.
They referred to each other as the Seven dwarfs, aka sleepy grumpy ect ect.
The organized mass traffic Jams in Washington so that officials secretaries and staff could not get to work on time, then flooded their email and lines with call, effectively shutting Washington down in this way.
It was a great story and presents a realistic and non violent way to win.
I am looking for this Story and Author and hoping someone here will have read it and know what I am after.

Well, the only thing I know ...
is that the American Ag movement in the 80's drove their tractors to Washington (Tractorcade), and were going to jam the traffic. Well, they had parked in a park the night before, and woke up to find themselves surrounded by cop cars. They couldn't move their tractors ... so much for jamming the traffic! Real life story. :>(
