This is funny...
but I support this idea...
Some of his positions are different from his father..... I still support Rand Paul because he is far better than 99% of candidates... we are spoiled in thinking we can have another Ron Paul even if Rand is his son.
However, I'm sure there are many people who donated and feel betrayed by his positions on Guantanamo and the war in Afghanistan. I think there are many here that feel this way. The energy and support he has been receiving will naturally lessen because of these positions. Something like this will send a signal to Rand that he should look a little more into the positions of his father and understand why his father has so much support. Being open to other groups does not mean compromising principle. If he is not compromising principle, hopefully we would reflect some more about the philosophy of liberty.
In any case although I very much support Rand Paul, I support this idea.

He is a man of his principals, but just because he was freaking idea that is different than yours, doesnt make him a bad candidate!!! You are willing to give up on our biggest chance of hope for this country, over a bunch of terrorists in Guantanamo!??!! I may not agree with Guantanamo either, but my loyalty lies with our future hope for this country over the well fair of some people that would love nothing more than to see me dead.
