Ambiguity

The judge objected to its ambiguity, and I agree in part.

The law specifically allowed guns in bars that get more than half their profits from food (or non-alcohol) sales. This doesn't seem like equal protection, when all a restaurant/bar has to do is change their prices to affect the ratio.

This is one of those situations where the property owner has the right to decide which customers they want to serve, and that right is being violated, one way or the other, anyway.
