Breaking News... A "friggin' in the riggin" ?

Something is going on in DC and it doesn't seem to be conforming to procedures !

Apologies for using a salty, seafaring, Admiralty term for the headline - BUT apparently
we've struck a sensitive nerve in the DC infrastructure ! And, something's really starting
to smell !

As you know, Rod's original suit in the Superior Court of the District of Columbia
was dismissed and closed by Judge Brian F. Holeman. And, that Rod has submitted
a Motion for Reconsideration that rebutted all the reasons that Holeman cited for
the dismissal. That Motion has STILL NOT been responded to ! Rod's case is still in play !

In the meantime, David Buess' IRS suit, (along with Rod as a co-complainant)
2009 CA 007868 B BUESS, DAVID L Vs. UNITED STATES, was suddenly dismissed
and closed by a Judge NOT originally assigned to the case !

What's strange is that the original Judge assigned to Buess' case was REPLACED by
Rod's original Judge, Brian Holeman ! Is Holeman now the "go to" Judge for dealing
with the People's dissatisfaction with the (Corporate UNITED STATES) Government ?
And, to add insult to injury, Holeman actually allowed the DOJ to move Buess' case
to a Federal District Court in DC !

BUT, The Department of Justice and the IRS didn't even ask permission from the Superior
Court of the District of Columbia to move Buess' case ! THEY JUST DID IT ! Did they do
it with proper authority ? We don't think so - And, we have some "black ink on white paper"
to show it !

So, things are definitely heating up in the 10 Mile Square !

We've enclosed the one of the "orders" from the DOJ/IRS moving the Buess case with
this email.

do about this situation !
