Some one's religion is their private business. If Dr. Paul had these same ideas and he practiced Santeria, I would still vote for him. I assumed he was a christian, but I like the fact that he hasn't broadcast it for everyone. One's faith should not be used as leverage to gain support.

With Rudy falling in the polls I bet Pat Robertson is a little bitter about his premature endorsement.

You do realize that #1 Ron Paul is a devout Christian and #2 Classical liberalism and libertarianism have their roots largely from Scottish writers like Hume and Adam Smith who were a product of the notion of decentralized authority and personal responsibility that came from the Scottish Church. So even if you choose not to be a Christian I think you have elements of Christianity to thank for your belief system.

I'm certain the evidence shows there is no such things as god(s), but Stang is right about one thing. Christianity is repulsive. Nevertheless, I'll repost this piece on christianity.com.Perhaps some delusional religious person will read it and decide to support Paul
