I listened to an internet
I listened to an internet liberty radio (can't remember which one now, sorry) interview over this past summer about his very thing, but for a different reason. The man who was interviewed came from one of the top science research labs of the government and he said that the chemtrails were spraying something that enhances radar surveillance signals. They sprayed extensively in the Middle East so that they could detect locations down to the inch on whatever they wanted to watch.
When I lived in Tucson, the local meteorologist talked about it one evening, he called it chaff. It blocks all other radar signals. It was the reason he gave for not being able to talk about the weather in the NW and he showed the radar pic of the large grey/black area over that area showing how it blocked his signals.
So, with the extensive spraying here in the US, one can only assume they are extensively spying on us.

If anyone in the military is reading this, this is the kind of thing you want to let your peers and especially those above you in the chain of command know about this- dumping 'smart dust' or any surveillance tech/ barium/aluminum on the United States is a big problem, and directly applies to "unlawful search and seizure" not to mention obvious health risks. Is this what the founding fathers had in mind for our country?
This is the type of thing that absolutely has to be reported to superior officers, as many upper-ranking military are not aware this is going on. Show them this video, and other videos of 'persitant contrails'. It is common sense to alert others, and it is your duty, as you have sworn to protect the people on the United States from all enemies foreign and DOMESTIC. Let them make up their own mind.
Worst case scenario, mentioning this might get you out of another tour ;) It is your duty as an American citizen to expose the fact that this is going on, as this is not normal activity and is government overstepping its role and becoming an enemy of the public.

Those trails were all over the skies in south Florida last week.I have multiple pictures of three planes spreading this crap.
I actually was told I was crazy when I pointed them out to co workers and they tried to convince me that planes always leave those trails.Frozen water is what I was told by an ex pilot here.
Gotta figure out how to get them up on the web for you all to look at cause I know those aren't supposed to be in the air and then turn into what I just saw in your photo.

I would be a little skeptical about 'cloud busters' though, as when people are desperate for solutions a number of them always seem to spring up (with a price tag), but I have heard about Orgone generators/ cloud busters quite a few times before, so maybe they actually do do something.
Now that we are learning that many chemtrails are in fact dumping nano-tech on us, it makes me feel that a cloud buster might actually do something (moreso than if it was just barium and alumiunum being dropped).. but again, I don't know. Let me know what you find out.

Honestly, I have never seen anything like this. I always thought contrails happened high in the atmosphere. I'm no expert but, I am a certified SKYWARN Storm Spotter for the National Weather Service Miami Forecast Office. What really amazed me and caught my attention was its close proximity.
Any pilots here that could jump in and help me with this?
