CNN - Fed rage boils over on Capitol Hill

I don't like how they imply that the recent criticism over the Fed is over blind anger, and that they're just a victim of people being frustrated. Perhaps that's the new angle they're going with...

The poll is irrelevent.

If Bernanke is ousted out, a new head will continue where he left off, simple as that. If he stays, the problems continue at their current rate and still we will have the problem. Changing clothes when you are already dirty does not eliminate the odor.

So I offer a new option that many people have seemed to overlook- leave him in there.

Many people are disgusted with him. Changing the Fed's face will only lure more people into the mentality of "well it's a new guy, give him a chance." Sound familiar? Think Presidency if you need a clue. Swapping him out only lowers the guard of the informed (and especially the uninformed) masses.

Leave him in there, and it continues to expose the corruption WITHOUT setting our efforts to educate several steps back.

It's not rage

It's RIGHTEOUS INDIGNATION.

I don't know what difference

I don't know what difference it will make if Bernanke is reconfirmed or not. If he is not reconfirmed, there will simply be someone else leading this criminal cartel. Unless that new person pledges to work toward ending the Federal Reserve, it will make no difference. People are angry, but I tend to think that the rage is justified when one looks at the record of the Federal Reserve.

Drain the swamp!

They can't

admit the real reasons, and activity is happening, so they try to marginalize the reasoning as blind anger, in the feeble hope that anybody out there is stupid enough to believe that.

Please vote in the poll

Not that I trust the numbers, but when I voted, over 50% wanted Bernanke for a second term.

Poor, poor Ben

How can he possibly continue to fleece the citizenry with all these pesky congressmen in the way?

This is a horrible, slanted article and the writer should be air-dropped into Fallujah immediately.

I would have left a comment

but you have to belong to facebook and I don't want to join. I hope any DP'ers who belong will write a comment and vote in the poll.

Notice the nice little vote

Notice the nice little vote on the right. Should Ben Bernanke be confirmed for a second term as Fed chair? I would say NO!

Their allegiances are obvious

Anyone who's interested in objective journalism will pass this over.
