How about this one….
Proposed 28th Amendment to the US Constitution:
"Article 1: Both Congress and the President shall be paid the Average American Wage. Furthermore, before the swearing in, Congress & the President shall give up all their worldly wealth and accept as their only means of income the salary provided to them by the taxpaying public. When in office and after they retire, they shall not earn more than the average American wage. To earn more than the Average American wage after retirement shall be considered treason to the United States of America.
Article 2: Congress shall make no law that applies to any citizen of the United States that does not apply equally to all of Congress and to the Presidency. All existing laws and regulations and benefits that do not meet these criteria shall be declared null and void"
Article 3: The Commerce Clause shall be narrowly and strictly interpreted by the Courts and grant the Federal Government jurisdiction only with regards to assurances of weights & measures."
Article 4: If Congress has not declared war, the US military will only station troops and weapon systems upon the soil of the United States of America".
Article 5: The private property system is the cornerstone of the legal system in the United States. Congress shall make laws which are in-accordance with the private property system. The economic system is built upon the private property system and gives us the free market. The movement of people and goods shall not be restricted."
Article 6: Patents and Copyrights are not property rights, but monopoly grants, and hence forth shall be limited to 5 years.
