As someone living in KY, I can say Rand has been doing an amazing job and is the most likely liberty candidate to win. He's been working himself to death week after week traveling and talking to voters, and he's now in position to take the highest position after the presidency for the liberty movement.
My money couldn't be spent in a better place.
