Bloomberg reporter who sued the Fed has died

!! Digg It !!

Nov. 28 (Bloomberg) -- Mark Pittman, the award-winning investigative reporter whose fight to open the Federal Reserve to more scrutiny led Bloomberg News to sue the central bank and win, died Nov. 25 in Yonkers, New York. He was 52.

Pittman suffered from heart-related illnesses. The precise cause of his death wasn’t known, said his friend William Karesh, vice president of the Global Health Program at the Bronx, New York-based Wildlife Conservation Society.

A former police-beat reporter who joined Bloomberg News in 1997, Pittman wrote stories in 2007 predicting the collapse of the banking system. That year, he won the Gerald Loeb Award from the UCLA Anderson School of Management, the highest accolade in financial journalism, for “Wall Street’s Faustian Bargain,” a series of articles on the breakdown of the U.S. mortgage industry.

“He was one of the great financial journalists of our time,” said Joseph Stiglitz, a professor at Columbia University in New York and the winner of the 2001 Nobel Prize for economics. “His death is shocking.”

Tiger Woods doesn't care

I once read an article about Tiger Woods and his contract with NIKE and how they are a sweatshop made china based company - he was asked his feelings on the subject and he said something along the lines of he wasn't interested in politics or didn't care about the face that he was making millions while little children suffered. Now he did NOT use those words, but that was basically what he was implying. So no, T.W. if anything is loved by these evil NWO commies!

as for the poor reporter that died - "The precise cause of his death wasn’t known" - yea right, I think we can all take a guess on what the cause of his death was.

Same thing is about to happen to Martin Armstrong

A plea for help at

Man seems brilliant

I read his basic premise for forecasting and it seems uncannily solid.
The wildcard is the fact the FED has essentially commandeered the marketplace. Irrespective of this glaring detail how is it possible to equate any cycle accurately ? Further and most important is the question, How does the judge in this case still have a viable surety bond with which to
work ? Is Armstrongs attorney a complete dumbass, or a BAR leech or both
This man has been in jail for 7 years with no trial ?? WTF people. You want your republic back, start kicking the asses of the judges where you live.
Start filing criminal complaints against them, they break laws with the regularity of crap through a goose. Learn your state code of criminal procedure and state penal code, court watch, talk to people going into court, go to the clerk of the court and demand to see all warrants issued for the month..It is your right....How can we honestly sit back and say we want freedom and liberty as we have 5% of the worlds population and 50% of the prison population...This bullshit that if it doesn't effect me then I don't care has to go. It does effect you, your goddamn taxes are paying to keep alot of people in jail or parole when we'd all be better off if they were out with a job. It has a nifty way of protecting your liberties because then these courts know they cant create a police state without a little friction. And for Gods sake if your in Manhattan get a Habeas Corpus to this judge along with a tort claim as well as a suit for his bonding company. If he breaks a law relating to his office he is personally civilly responsible, sue that bastard.....CRACK A BOOK LEARN THE LAW OR WE'RE ALL DEAD MEAT.

Just one last kick in the nuts, then a final deathblow

If your in Manhattan contact me riceowlex@yahoo.com

I'll do the tort, write the suit and the criminal complaints. Thank God NY has a decent grand jury system...Why hasn't this judge been presented with criminal charges to a Manhattan grand jury ???????????????????????
There are remedies, but if you don't know what they are you leave it to the caprice of a criminal judge and a lawyer that is obligated to the BAR and the court...ATTORNEYS ARE NOT YOUR FRIENDS IN COURT, THEY WORK FOR THE COURT, YOU MUST KNOW THE LAW, DEALS DO NOT HELP THOSE WANTING TO PROTECT THEIR RIGHTS AND INSURE LIBERTY.

Just one last kick in the nuts, then a final deathblow

Makes me wonder

did Tiger Woods say something negative about the Fed? ;-)

New Hampshire and Ecuador.

His death seems funky to me!

"Heart attacks" can be simulated by...

simply putting a certain substance on something the victim touches like a steering wheel.

Then the substance gets in through the skin and cause of death can be diagonsed as heart attack.

The mob and the CIA have used this for years but I don't know what it is called or how it kills someone (possible a nerve poison).

More research would be helpful when I get the time.

"We have allowed our nation to be over-taxed, over-regulated, and overrun by bureaucrats. The founders would be ashamed of us for what we are putting up with."
-Ron Paul

I have suspected this for a long time.

A few years ago a dear friend died of a "heart attack", which was completely unexpected. He was a tireless researcher in an area unpopular with NASA. He published his name and results online without fear. Our whole research website shut down immediately. Everyone scattered.

I have always felt there was something very unnatural about his death (as did others) He was a relaxed but active guy with everything good in his life. Not a Type A, no heavy food or drink, non smoking, semi retired and happy. He was a scientist.

I would like to know what might be used to cause death in this way. Maybe its a case for wearing gloves...not kidding.

Here's the first part of my corespondence with Mr Irvy

Mr Irvys response to my inquiry of the death of Mark Pittman

That might be taking it a bit too far.

Seems convenient for the Federal Reserve. What is your take on how this happened ?

Thank You Keith

The Fed Strikes Back

Our Constitution was made only for a moral and religious people. It is wholly inadequate to the government of any other. — John Adams

All they had to do was activate his smartdust....

There can be only one permanent revolution - a moral one: The regeneration of the inner man. — Tolstoy

"The body is but a vessel for the soul,
A puppet which bends to the soul's tyranny.
And lo, the body is not eternal,
For it must feed on the flesh of others,
Lest it return to the dust whence it came.
Therefore the soul deceives and despises."

Michael Nystrom's picture

I wonder

If he was working on a book that tied all the dots together...

i asked mr. ivry if he knew

i asked mr. ivry if he knew of a book mr. pittman might possibly have been working on concerning the federal reserve and any corruption he may have found as i am sure many would have loved the chance to have read it. in mr. ivry's reply he stated that he and mr. pittman talked about it but a book was never written. mr. ivry then closed his reply by saying how we can build on mr. pittman's work though and do something great.

The suit continues without him

Clues: he was "big" and ate and drank that way. He was tall. These are a burden on the heart, making it statistically more likely to be natural causes than otherwise.

We can only hope his friends and colleagues will take up the cause and be inspired.

Just for the record, while

I think the nasty comments are b/s either way, they seem to be more directed toward the supporters of Ron Paul.

But man this sucks - he was a rare breed of real reporter. Truth is taking one off the chin today!

Holy Sh!t YES... Email Bob Ivry

"heart-related illnesses" ?

You've got to be kidding me! Email bivry@bloomberg.net with questions. Sound advice riceowlex... be polite, he probably knew Pittman (paul4won I'm outraged too but you can't be that harsh and get results).

Email Emma Moody who was also mentioned. emma.moody@wsj.com

Everybody should Digg this

Well, I guess all the things I have accomplished did not get done, eh?
These people need to hear truth. We all ought to say what is in our hearts in my opinion. But hey, who am I to tell you what to do, when clearly someone assigned you to tell me what to do, right?
Not everyone has to be as harsh as I am, but it does no harm to have a few of us pushing the edge. Indeed, I get a LOT done by forcing people to do what is uncomfortable, but right.

Truth exists, and it deserves to be cherished.

Much Respect For You paul4won...

... with regards to your posts/comments but in this instance I disagree... Ivry probably knew Pittman and insulting him may not be the best way to encourage him to investigate. I'm all for harshness when appropriate.

And what's with the "clearly someone assigned you to tell me what to do, right?" comment? I disagree with you and that makes me a stooge/troll. Thicken up that skin... there's strength in numbers.

It was followed by a wink.

I hate the friggin' internet.
I have a sense of humor. A really good one.
it relies on the look in my eye and the tone of my voice.
I hate this, I hate this, I hate this.
And you ARE telling me what to do, and you can go to hell.
My way is my way, and I work with my talents. You do what you feel is right, and I will try to support you.
I will do what I feel is right, whether you or anyone else supports me or not.

Truth exists, and it deserves to be cherished.

Wow. What a Coincidence

Sarcasm aside...

“The Executive, Legislative, and Judicial branches were replaced with a new, cooperative structure: the Governmental, the Corporate and the Financial. It was a symbiotic triumvirate with government enforcing the laws, corporations writing them, and the bankers printing the money necessary to fund the entire scheme.” P177
