There was a train wreck in Washington DC not too terribly long ago, and two of the casualties, as far I remember it being said (?), were a US Army General and his wife. And the General supposedly played some role in the 9/11 response (or lack thereof).

are doing some fall housecleaning. If I was one of these people, I sure would expose everything I knew if anything happened to me or loved ones. Plastered everywhere, if they are going to die they might as well come clean.
