Do modern day democrats believe in any conspiracy theory? It seems llike when we go at them with climate gate evidence they appear to throw out moon landings and other such morass. I never want to rock the boat more than I have too, but weren't the democrats label conspiracy theorists when they were against war in Iraq?

I like that one because it is the easiest conspiracy theory to prove as fact. Some democrats called all the lies coming from the war war hawks. Does anyone remember the people on the left that called this? I will have to contact my liberal friend I know that did to find out where she got her info. But what I see as profound is that there was never any moment of vindication. The evidence about how bad we were lied to was enormous, yet nothing happend and we are still at war. Now it just seems like the left isn't going to after this war president. Can anyone answer these question?

I was just sort of hoping to figure out who on the left is willing to stick their neck out at the risk of sounding "crazy" and be successful at rallying a good amount of support. IT just seems to me the modern democrat is unwilling to listen to an extreme position unless they are out of power. Like this war thing in Afghanistan became the good war and they all go along with it. when its clear nothing is different about why we went to Iraq under bush, vs. Why we escalate in Afghanistan under Obama.

Yes I get it there is a very well controlled and cooperative media towards whatever the heck the state wants, but I don't remember that stopping the lefties from coming out even though they were label conspiracy theorists against the Iraq war. We need to find those people and encourage them to rally their troops again.

I have a question and a request: If there is only 100 or so al Quada in Afghanistan, what the hell is our troops blowing up and shooting at? Afghan civilians? Camels? All of the above? Bring our troops home Mr. President!

Am I the only one who is in no way surprised that Obama is continuing the occupations of Iraq and Afghanistan? It seems like there are a lot of people out there with voters remorse, and I can understand that because Obama is, admittedly, charismatic. Unfortunately, I can't even feign surprise when my friends and family seem shocked that he's now escalating troop presence in Afghanistan. I really don't have the desire to coddle Pollyanna notions of political promises anymore. And my sympathy for their feelings of deception is wearing thin too...

But what does set me back is how many people, especially of the libertarian bent, are even slightly surprised at this situation. None of us should be at all shocked at this, frankly I expected it...didn't you?

in the wake of 9-11 did not "make sense" from a national security standpoint. Our guys most likely just went in to make sure the poppy crops got planted again, so the CIA and its Wall Street cronies could get funding.

Southern Avenger is good but I wish he'd change his sing-songy pattern of speech and do a little more research into 9-11.

We have very intelligent and articulate people in this movement.

RP should pick this guy up as a speech writer and political advisor ( mostly because we need more minds like this in D.C.)
