Are We Being Surveilled by Celestial Beings? If so, why?

I wanted to post this for a very long time now. We are at the 11th hour, 59th minute and 59th second of our sovereignty being ceded to a world government, as dear Lord Monckton put it. I thought I would release this for whoever is interested in it.

In the last six months my dreams/visions have been strangely transforming from outright fearful to something else, something extraordinary and cautiously optimistic.

My more optimistic visions seem to be totally in alignment with what retired Pulitzer prize journalist, Philip Krapf has reported of his experience with the 'Verdants'.

The last time I read these books was around 2002/2003 and kinda forgot about them. Lately I re-read them and I am blown away. I really didn't get it the first time, but with my intense involvement within the freedom movement, this information is vital.

His two books 'Contact Has Begun' and 'The Challenge with Contact', are the most positive, wondrous books I have ever read. They are entirely believable and I have absolutely no 'weird' feelings about his reports. So I have to admit I am willing to allow for this possibility.

I would encourage DPers to get a hold of these quick reads and pay attention or at least keep this information as a potential for another perspective on what is occurring in our world besides 'evil illuminati'.

We are being 'assisted' by 'celestial hierarchies' who truly love us and have the greatest compassion for us but cannot directly interfere. According to these Verdants, humans are the most diverse species on so many levels beyond the thousands of species of sentient life they have surveilled and mentored over their 220 million earth years of space exploration. We seem to be an anomaly

According to their mathematical probabilities, 80% of humans on earth are 'ready' to be invited into the Intergalactic Federation of Sovereign Planets but are 'hindered' by the 20% of utterly unrepentant psychopaths with very high IQs, power and state of the art weaponry.

They will never harm any sentient being. These Verdants have achieved absolute intelligence. They have no weapons. They outwit the hostile ones through sabotage of weapons. They have the ability to 'morph' into human form and take positions of power pretending to be on side of evil. Once consolidation is completed they will prepare us for formal contact.

They will cause a city to be created in the south west U.S. This city will appear when the time for contact is best but weaponry must be put aside. It will be a wondrous city to mentor/educate human youth and adults to not just know and understand who are these Verdants but humans will know all about their own selves that they never knew. We will learn all about the Universe and its 'Laws' so naturally we spiritually evolve sooner. Our individuality is accepted, valued and sovereign to these compassionate ones.

Once humans are formally accepted into the Intergalactic Federation of Sovereign Planets, we will experience space travel and be shown all the varieties of species who are part of this peaceful federation.

Weapons are NOT allowed in space. Because these beings have had to sabotage our weapons and satellites, our military considers them 'malevolent' and quite a threat. That is why Reagan was made to state this in the 80's during his State of the Union address. (Remember Reagan's Star Wars program?) Mikael Gorbechev and his wife are also on record as stating our greatest threat is from outside our planet.

There are already 873 Ambassadors (high profile humans/celebrities/leaders who are beamed up to their extraordinary mother ship during the night and are briefed, they know one another and must keep their identities masked) and 822 Deputy envoys who have been on potential alert since just a month before 9/11, for the release of news of formal contact. Once 9/11 occurred this contact was postponed. It was to occur in spring/summer of 2002.

There are conspiracies to block these beings from formal contact with us by those whose power over our world is threatened by them. These ambassadors keep Verdants informed of goings on by these 'dark' ones. Already three ambassadors have been assassinated. All were foreigners, not Americans.

With the potential signing of the Copenhagen Treaty, it would seem there are many things going on on many levels.

I, and so many others of us are naturally defensive about our sovereign Rights and Rule of Law, yet there seems to be things happening that are way over and above what we would consider appropriate right now until we are all made to understand what this means in the bigger picture.
