that could have been an interesting and productive debate. He/She obviously spent a LOT of time on it, felt strongly about it and the thread deserved discussion. But some spineless mod chose to delete the thread. SHAME ON YOU whoever you are.
Logic: stop reading the books and listening to men- go outside, lift your face to the heavens and speak directly to your creator. The books and the doctrines and the dogma have all been corrupted to obfuscate God's purpose. Santa and all the rest are designed to confound your relationship with your creator. They're designed to make it everything spiritual seem like a fairytale. You're bing lied to.
You don't need a priest or a prophet or a preacher. You're obviously searching for the truth. Ask, with a sincere heart, and it will be revealed. God doesn't jump through hoops to prove himself- he's not gonna do bar-tricks for your affirmation. But He will reveal himself in ways that will leave no doubt.

The debate can be civil between us. The attacks were public so should be our responses. I'm not some arrogant know it all but if we can learn from each other and learn to disagree like fellow patriots then all will benefit. We need to debate one part of the bible at a time and no cut and paste.
