Had to give it a bump. Everytime I look at the title I'm expecting some sort of pun ... like a "Santa" Clause placed in a spending bill giving some group a free ride.

Santa Claus represents the joy and gift giving of Christmas...the magical time for children. Flying reindeer pulling a sleigh full of gifts, with a jolly man operating it.
