If you listen to Glennn Beck yesterday blaming the Obama Administration for reforming health insurance, he complained that's an assault on our civil rights. Glennn Beck says everything without concerns, but what he wouldn't tell you that more than 27 states have given Americans options to either buy auto insurance or walk or even face possible jail times. Nearly 20 percent of the U.S. population — or almost 60 million people — went without health insurance at some point since January 2008, according to government estimates released Wednesday.
