On MSNBC Friday, "Morning Meeting" host Dylan Ratigan got into a heated dispute with Rep. Debbie Wasserman-Schultz (D-Fla.) over health care reform.

I would post the video here but do not know how,

I will not be getting "health insurance"
Even though I dont trust juries, I cant see the juries siding with the court on this one because they are basically charging people for being poor.
Not really...
They are charging you with making just enough to live on without making enough to make a difference.
If you were poor and could prove it then you don't really pay for health insurance, thus there is no problem with the entitlement class in America.
If you make over a certain amount it's not going to matter what the penalties are... you just pay them once a year as part of your healthcare fund.
If you are middle class, you are rapidly becoming extinct.
There is precident for this, so no court of law is going to overturn it based on your ability to pay or not.
The precident is the 16th Amendment.

She's my Rep.
And, she's got a deaf ear to her constituents who are not BO "followers."
In truth,
.
bump for discussion.
