Colorado judge rules that medical marijuana users in state have right to buy pot
CENTENNIAL, Colo. (AP) — Medical marijuana patients have a constitutional right to buy pot, not just use it, according to ruling Wednesday by a judge.
Arapahoe County District Court Judge Christopher Cross sided with the CannaMart dispensary, which sued the city of Centennial after it was shut down in October.
Cross granted the dispensary's request for an injunction, which will prevent the city from keeping the dispensary closed while CannaMart challenges the city's argument that it can ban pot shops because they violated federal drug laws.

I am glad that the true heroes of American History are still
acknowledged by people who pay attention to freedom. Jack Herer, Rick Simpson, Bill Mollison, Ron Paul, Mises and Hayek, all of them deserve this type of acknowledgement so I thank everyone of you for continuing your support.
The role of a farmer, in Fukuoka's mind, is an observer, not an intervener, of the natural order in his/her particular landscape. How is that any different than Hayek in regards to Economics?
The FED by default cannot stop the surfacing of a lifestyle
and industry that has been here for over thirty years at least. Cannabis is too big to fail.
As far as I'm concerned,
ACCEPT NOTHING LESS THAN DECRIMINALIZED.
Legalization entraps us in the war on drugs, a total waste.
And no taxes.
There are other ways.
And never forget, “Humans, despite our artistic pretensions, our sophistication and many accomplishments, owe the fact of our existence to a six-inch layer of topsoil and the fact that it rains.”
ALL Americans have a Constitution right to buy pot
if it grown in your home state, the Feds have no authority. The criminals running our country just conveniently ignore that fact, and they get corrupt judges to back them up.
You read my mind
I said "All Americans have a right to buy pot" this medical marijuana thing is an icebreaker. If the people who buy this pot for medical reasons are smart they wont burn the enzymes of the plant that cure what ails them

You be better served eating the buds raw. It has tremendous healing powers.
Just one last kick in the nuts, then a final deathblow
I support a national referendum...
To decide upon the legalization of all marijuana use, state to state so that we can take out the for-profit side of the war on drugs.
These illegal drugs everywhere are propping up even more illegal banks, it is a major boost for narcotics industry, quite simply put in terms: We do not need the war on drugs and it is as fake as the war on terrorism.
marijuana rights
we as americans already have the right to use marijuana, and every other drug of choice.we need to understand that signing a piece of paper doesnt in fact make a law and treat it as such.this might seem like a small victory of sorts, but do we really need to ask for permission to excersise our rights?if we have to ask then its not right and still subject to control by the very ones who think its illegal now.what can be persieved as given can certainly be taken away
10th ammendment
If states make it legal for their citizens to purchase and use marijuana, the federal government doesn't have the right to act on the issue since there is nothing in the constitution that bans the use of substances!

Do you think this was a good idea to protect my grow room?
Dear fellow patriots,
I am looking for advice on my current decision on becoming a dog owner. Recently, I adopted a pure bred German Sheppard.
I picked him up just a couple days ago and I am looking for any helpful hints as well as criticism on my choice.
I chose to get a this dog to help give me a little peace of mind while I am away for work, as well as, while I am at home. Recently, I became a medical marijuana card holder and have decided to grow my own medicine as well as medicine for patients that I am caregiving for. Most people here are investing in gold and silver which I truly admire; however living paycheck to paycheck it was not feasible to do so. I am great with this plant which could help people and my income as I can sell the excess to dispensaries around the area, and the one I work for. So, I decided to invest what little money I had in this project in hopes to gain income to purchase gold/silver and firearm protection after my first and second harvests when I'll have more capital. In the meantime I have a huge dog to train and accompany me.
Since, I have started growing medicine, or whenever I grow medicine, I always become fearful and paranoid mostly of police but also thieves looking to profit on my hard work. I know I am being watched. As a matter of fact, three police cars, two weeks ago, came whipping around my corner without headlights and parked right in front of my house for at least an hour. This freaked me out. To make my paranoia worse I felt after my last trip to the grow store, I was being tailed by a white pick up. I always take alternate long ass routes going home as I don't want anyone following me home. I am sure I was being tailed as this truck was keeping up with me as I was going 90 in a 45. It was just odd so I lost him.
As I said, I am a little paranoid mostly because I am on this site and feel like it's being monitored. Before this project, I was always super vocal on libertarian ideas and constitutional principles which seems to be unpopular with the state. Finally, I know they see my watt usage now. I am legal but still wouldn't put it past them to harrass me.
So, again, I adopted this German Sheppard. He's beautiful about 2yrs old, underwieght at 80 lbs., has short term memory loss when it comes to sit and stay and lay down. He's escaped on me twice as I mishandled the leash-- and he takes off, and doesn't care to listen to me once he's on the run.
Today, a friend came over with a dog and as the dog approached my door I saw the furociousness of Brutus. He almost mauled this poor dog if I were not holding on to him. I think the approaching dog was happy to see me and showing her teeth and Brutus took it the wrong way. Anyhow, any thoughts on training or advice for this particular breed.
He really is a gentle giant or a big baby as I see him- with this one exception. He's been around other dogs and his size seems to intimidate people or their dogs.
Look forward to any of your comments or criticisms.
Thank you Patriots.
Your medical patriot,
HolisticMD
you sir are on the right track!
Now all you have to do is start a permaculture farm in your back yard to bring down your costs of living to zero.
if you don't know what permaculture is. just imagine a quater acre of land that can supply food, energy, hot and cold water, materials, and shelter to a family of four without hardly any labor at all.

Ministry- I'm in the beautiful mountains of Colorado. Did you hear of the mmj patient that had a break in and was shot and killed in CO yesterday? Supposedly it was a shady deal with some guy he didn't really know. The patient shot the purp but didn't kill him- instead was killed. Purp's in hospital now, but somebody comes thru your door and it's two to the chest and one to the head. Gotta shoot to kill or be killed. Where are you Mmj ministry?
Yep... through the door and a few well placed full choke
rounds into the chest, abdomen, face, crotch area... doesn't matter who or what reason they are there... it's an unlawful forced entry.
The Liberty a society retains is inversely proportional to the number of Lawyers in the Government.
As an individual who does not
As an individual who does not use recreational drugs, legal or illegal, I would like to point something out. The Constitution does not give the federal government the authority to ban any substance or item. It gives the federal government the authority to tax, but not to ban.
This was much more widely understood in the Thirties when the Congress put a tax on certain types of firearms (National Firearms Act). Congress obviously does not have the authority to ban any type of firearm, ammunition or high capacity magazine. No only does Article 1, Section * of the Constitution not give them that authority, the Second Amendment specifically prohibits it (as does the Tenth Amendment).
So, while I do not approve of the use of recreational drugs, more importantly, we need to realize that if we accept the precedent that our politicians can ban them, where will this end?
We saw the Congress meekly go along with a criminal politician in 1933 and steal the American people's gold. A year or two ago, they stole gold from the manufacturer of the Ron Paul Dollars. This was not a raid, it was a theft. No laws had been broken, until the criminals stole the Ron Paul Dollars from a legitimate business engaged in lawful commerce.
We need to educate the American people if we are going to force our public servants to obey the law.
this is the hardest thing to
this is the hardest thing to do though, haha you have to lure them into educating themselfs with intresting stories and headlines, a lof of people just aren't willing to shift theif views with out a really good message that reaches them (which is diferent for everyone)
so yeah, what can we do, I'm still fumbling for a good direction, or general mission statement.

All FREE people have the right to purchase cannabis...period !!!
It's time they get it right once and for all.

I agree.
And I'd also like to say that it is real hard to find some good pot! The Mexican weed is weak and doesn't give you that good buzz. I think it should be legalized to improve quality.

Come to Canada!
Nothing wrong with the quality of weed up here.
FREE people have a right to not have to purchase it
I'm sure I could grow 10 lbs in my garden every year without cutting into veggie space at all, but that's illegal and would probably attract squirrel monkeys.

Right you are ... I stand corrected !!!

read "Emporer Wears No Clothes" by Jack Herer
to discover the truth behind cannabis. It has over 25,000 uses and over 60 are medicinal...none of which can be patented because the plant was made for free markets, not this mess.
go to www.norml.com and read the front page about the newly released propaganda by CBS and friends.

The thing is nobody is going to argue against cannabis on this
thread or any other one because there is absolutely no evidence against the plant. The way they control it’s legality is by simply ignoring it. This means we have to petition! Join growing Organizations that support it! Push our congressmen into realizing the benefits of legalizing cannabis for their community. Push private business’s to support your petition and sponsor events to share the information! Push your professors, administrators, and families into buying informative books like “Emporer Wears No Clothes”. Show them that it is not just simply corrupting ones ability to buy weed, but mitigating a potential trillion dollar industry from bouncing us out of this deficit. Be Loud!

No evidence against it?
Squirrel monkeys go crazy for it, it won't help burns and shocks feel better and 12 dudes in Baltimore were mad when they couldn't smoke it. What more do you need? lol
