Ten Afghan civilians (including children) killed by NATO troops.
American-led troops were accused yesterday of dragging innocent children from their beds and shooting them during a night raid that left ten people dead.
Afghan government investigators said that eight schoolchildren were killed, all but one of them from the same family. Locals said that some victims were handcuffed before being killed.
Western military sources said that the dead were all part of an Afghan terrorist cell responsible for manufacturing improvised explosive devices (IEDs), which have claimed the lives of countless soldiers and civilians.
“This was a joint operation that was conducted against an IED cell that Afghan and US officials had been developing information against for some time,” said a senior Nato insider. But he admitted that “the facts about what actually went down are in dispute”.
The allegations of civilian casualties led to protests in Kabul and Jalalabad, with children as young as 10 chanting “Death to America” and demanding that foreign forces should leave Afghanistan at once.

In watching a documentary
that was posted here yesterday,(Secrets of the CIA), I realized it was OUR Govt. that TAUGHT these people HOW to make I.E.D's.
THEY are the terrorists. THEY are the occupiers.
How can one be so stupid, or brainwashed to realize, that they are CREATING more "terrorists" than they can kill.
If a foreign army kicked in my door, disgraced my father, raped my sister, killed my brother, took me away to a torture center,and beat me to a pulp, I would spend every waking moment trying to figure out how to kill as many of them as possible in whatever way possible.
(providing I survived the torture)
This article, (if true) is just another horrid example of creating blowback.
I wish I knew what the answer was.
I have lost faith in the voting system.
I have lost faith in taking over an established, infiltrated party.
I have lost faith in getting a third party united.
I have lost faith in getting representatives to ACTUALLY represent us.
The only things I can think of is a mass mailing of care packages to our military abroad, that have not just supplies they could use, but DVD's of documentaries, like "secrets of the CIA", "Terrorstorm", "Money Masters" etc, with the hope of breaking through their brainwashing, and getting them to stand up on their own.
The only other thing I can think of is creating a list of the people responsible for this mess of corruption, with their names and faces, and addresses, so that they can be physically apprehended, and tried for their alleged crimes.
Maybe this list can be provided TO our military, so that they can go after the ones that have used them as pawns, in their own sick game.
I am at a loss for solutions, and the ones I have been seeing, are not impressing me in the least.
Maybe I am missing something.

the controlled media. Only due to the internet we now have ready access to the truth. Today all awake people are researcher/reporters, helping to waken others.
It is hard to understand the mentality of a Marine
I believe, unless you have been one. They send you to bootcamp to become a person capable of killing people through pride and patriotism. They break you down and build you up into a killer. We used to chant kill after everything we did in bootcamp, it was the last thing we all said to eachother before we went to sleep. We would hit the rack(bed) three times with our fists, and then say kill and laid down. Then the lights went out for the next day. I never saw combat, thank God, but I lived the training and was fully capable of killing after my training, and still am to this day. You never lose it, the capability to dehumanize human beings, it stays with you for life, you cannot wish it away. They make you an animal for life, and they make the trigger easy to pull. No Marine goes through the training and comes out the same, not one. You never think, react, or feel the same once you are programmed, it is a lifetime, and you never go back to exactly who you were. It is there with you forever unfortunately, and willpower is the only thing that will save you, that and God. God bless these Marines and all military.

Glad to see a Truthout video
My personal friend has been working for Truthout for about four years now. He is an antiwar leftist who idolizes Dennis Kucinich. I hadn't seen a Truthout video and hadnt visited their site in about two years. I'm very happy to see this video and hope that I will be able to get my friend to look deeper into Ron Paul. When we had a conversation about two years ago, I felt like I closed the door because I called Kucinich a "Socialist" as a derogatory term.
Hopefully videos like this will continue to melt the false left/right into a strong group of US citizens that dont define themselves with a party, but define themselves by a group of beliefs.
Quite a contrast to the boasting of RJ Harris,
who recently stated, 'I have fought for our freedom and liberty twice and I stand by those words today.'

If people who claim to care about following the Holy Bible as their final authority, on ALL matters of faith and practice, don't recognize the gaping chasm between CUI policy and sound biblical faith, then I have to believe their claim insincere.

I have read and completely appreciate--
another thing I might add is that if a bible 'student' reads the prophecies about the destruction that will occur before Jesus returns to earth--
AND, if that 'student' believes in prophecy--
it is VERY easy to see that God tells things that will happen, even if HE IS ANGRY WITH THOSE PEOPLE WHO DO THOSE THINGS--
The idea that war MUST happen . . . is fallacious.
The idea that people MUST be destroyed . . . is wrong.
That it will happen is something we read, because prophets saw it happening--
it didn't mean that God 'approved' it--
just that it will happen or did happen--
so the idea that these Christian Zionists think it MUST happen is erroneous, completely erroneous and must displease God--
so I believe.
To further along something that makes God Himself feel sad--
seems rather dangerous for a Christian to do--
