Here is my answer -
October 1st in the late 90's I was attending a prayer meeting when I made a speech.
When I finished and all of us perhaps hundred people prayed something happened to my hands and my lips - I am still asking myself what IT was...it felt like fire enters to those parts of my body it felt like so much energy blood was placed there for a few minutes.
My hands and lips where aflamed.
Burning a pleasant "flame"...
I call it the Holy Spirit...was it proof of God being there? - to me it's enough to answer YES.
Why?
Why do we even start these topics, really? Religion has accomplished at least one thing.... division of mankind. So, whatever y'all believe, be true to yourself. God likes that, I think. ;-)

there is a great armada coming to take on jehovah ... as he is returning to our earth in a couple years.

There have been some "Angel on the shoulder moments"
for members of my family that havfe saved their lives. When I think of a higher power or a "creator" I think of the complexities of the building blocks of life or "amino acids" Someone put the odds/ratio of these building blocks happening per chance at something the equivalent to every grain of sand on earth to numero uno. So much for "The Big Bang" I've never considered the big bang reasonable in the first place. Much, much too random.

Maybe a better term would be tangible
We can attempt to wrap our minds around something like DNA
or amino acids as they are tangible. The odds for the random arrangement of amino acids to support life here on earth are infinitesimally small. Kind of like the odds of 3 steel framed high rises turning to dust on 9/11 in NYC.

Allergic Reaction to God
You were having an allergic reaction.
Burning hands and Burning lips are common symptoms of an allergic reaction.
The burning sensation you felt was the blood rushing into your hands and lips. Maybe it was caused by a perfume, cleaning agent or a pharmaceutical. You should've seen an allergy specialist, which in my humble opinion would've been much more appropriate response to a common allergic reaction than to assume that an omnipotent entity is reaching out to you.

I am acquainted also with spiritual things, and I find that it's never been that way with myself or anyone I know--(pleasant sensations in the limbs/lips)
but that doesn't mean I will discount it--

It's actually a relatively common side effect of various synthetic pharmaceuticals. Especially the ones that noone knows how to pronounce or spell.
