Since 2002, Law and Chaos have abated.
The residents and merchants of the northern breakaway region of the Ivory Coast have lifted themselves without the heavy-handed "help" of their southern statist neighbors and former countrymen. The prospects of reunification become increasingly unlikely as educators and entrepreneurs of the former French colony have found that freedom works wonders.
As I contemplate emigrating, I am bedeviled by my poor linguistic skills. Je parle petit francais, mais comprenez pas.
