"The following is an advanced explanation regarding the language and true intent of Section 2 of the 14th amendment, as explained by L. B. Bork: ... Simply put, this formula [amendment] is creating a new body politic. The state citizens that are members of the several States, under the original constitutional system, need to be tricked or conned into participating [in the new Federal System as US citizens]. This is the major underlying purpose of section 2 of the 14th amendment..." (L. B. Bork - The Red Amendment, 2007).
