He mentions using the ucc, i didnt see that. He dishonored the court by not complying. I admire his bravery for standing up and it maybe rescheduled, or the judge might enter a plea for him, who knows in the kangaroo courts, but A couple thoughts:
1. he has a drivers license = its a contract
2. he admits he "drives"
I think they way to follow the ucc, is to pay the contract, what to pay with in governed by article 3, its doesnt have to be with frn's. If you can discharge a charge with commercial paper and its doesnt take your energy....who cares, now that would be ucc.....imho
