Articles of Freedom Completed - Continental Congress 2009

The webinar with Bob Schultz who successfully spearheaded the Continental Congress 2009 giving us his story of his career background which led to his involvement in 'watching' the government.
He verbally documents the legal actions he was involved in over the decades to end corruption and attempting to restore the government to its Constitutional limitations.
Currently, after 14 years of grievances petitioned to the government and each one ignored, it was decided through the efforts of the 'We The People Foundation' that a formal Continental Congress take place to redress our government going back decades. This successfully took place in November, 2009.
Final resolutions called, 'Articles of Freedom' that formally list all egregious violations by the government against the Constitution going back decades, with 'instructions' to the government, and what will occur if these instructions are not honored.
The model for this CC is Mahatma Ghandi's three point criteria that the people must meet in order to reclaim their country. He explains this in his webinar.
Formal presentation to all levels of government's elected officials will be made once 15 million Americans sign the pledge.

Anisha..... while your passion and heart seem to be in the right
place, I have one question for you.
After the 15 million people sign the petition and the civic actions are made....and if the gov. ignores them or just arrests some of them , (then ignores them...)
At that point would you (and others who are as passionate about this plan as you) have the courage and the intestinal fortitude to take it to the next level?
Meaning planning/executing specific goals etc that would technically be starting a civil war.. like the gaspee burning in 1772? http://www.gaspee.org/BurningGaspee.html etc????
IF so ..GOOD!! Then there is merit to this and people from all over should sign it and be ready to take it to the next level should these civic actions fail.
If not then this is just another petition that will lead people to false hope... dampening their spirit's and leading them to more apathy and feelings of hopelessness.
You see the PTB have been actively planning and preparing for our (the awake patriots) complete destruction for decades..if not longer, and only a resolve to confront them with force--if need be-- will accomplish our goals..
--they have purchased over 10,000 guillotines (depending on the source of info.) that are installed at fema camps for what reason? our security? to deal with illegal aliens? no.. to prepare for the murdering of thousands of American "dissidents"..
-- they make sure that most water supply systems have fluoride in them that builds up around the pineal gland thereby leading to lower IQ and total docility..
-- they are hitting up the kids with vaccines (now around 10 or more) that destroy the immune system leading to autism or worse..(and still ..we the people do nothing--even though they are technically murdering the entire productive lives of peoples children..)
-- having all the executive orders on the books in an attempt to legitimize and legalize their schemes to subdue Americans and prepare for Martial law..
-- purposely having a criminal cartel like the FED to steal literally BILLIONS OF DOLLARS FROM ALL OF US!! (I mean they print the money and then charge the US gov interest at face value to allow us to use it!!) Last I checked all of the taxes collected west of the Mississippi pay just the interest payment on that debt...imagine how many people have lost their lively hood/families/committed suicide,etc from having to pay these taxes that are nothing more than robbery!!

Again , I think that the CC2009 is a good effort, if indeed people are willing mentally to take it to the next level. (and from the debates/interviews of delegates at the CC2009, it seems that many were not even comfortable with these civic actions that were included in the Freedom document)
You see the reason why the colonists were able to gain their Independence was because they were not afraid of the V word(violence).. it was open for discussion it was a topic..and it was debated heavily with A LOT OF PASSION!!!
When that debate is not even allowed or when people are afraid to speak of such things it mentally cuts the strings of power in an individuals mind..
(its like knowing that criminals are coming to your home to rape,murder and destroy you and your loved ones...but the only discussion on how to best prepare for them is limited to posting a petition or making a bunch of signs..hoping they they--armed to the teeth-will listen and respond accordingly.
THEY WILL NOT LISTEN OR STOP!!
The question is ... again what will you or others who are for these civic actions do if they fail? You must think and prepare for that... That is the essence of physic warfare , and the PTB know this and use it!!
It has been said that all wars are won and lost before one shot is fired... and the reason for this is how far each side is willing to go to win!!

It still baffles me how anyone thinks the present criminals in
government are just going to say "oh, my bad. Yep we've been quite the tyrannical little crack-heads haven't we? I guess you showed us with that piece of paper. We'll pack our stuff and go home now. The plunder and looting and pillaging sure was fun while it lasted. You can now have your country back to reverse all the damage we just caused. Have a nice day!"
B.S. They will laugh at you, then ignore you, and when you persist, they will find a way to justify in the media that they killed you. And you won't even consider firing a shot the entire process.
THERE IS NO PEACEFUL way to remove criminals from office when damned near ALL OF THEM are criminals. Either this mess has to collapse on its own, which will result in massive violence, or someone will have to get violent just as the People of 1776 did. (which also includes massive violence) And in both scenarios, we face the very real danger of an even WORSE regime taking over in the aftermath.
If the American people are so stupid and apathetic as to allow what has already happened, they are either not going to lift a finger to fix it, or they will accept the first tyrant that comes along to promise them safety and security in the aftermath of the collapse.
Our only saving grace will be people with MONEY taking over enough media outlets and forcing a civil public debate that leads to massive investigations and a plethora of indictments, trials, and incarcerations. And of course that will have to be followed up with massive constitutional and legal reform.
Of course, notice I said people with MONEY to take over the MEDIA. As long as the media is complicit, for whatever reason, most especially their own personal ones, with the present system, then we are done for.
It still baffles me how people who consider themselves
'liberty minded' people on this site will look the other way while giving a myriad of excuses because an amazing group of people came forward and took enormous responsibility as true men and women.
They didn't wait for 'permission' of anyone else. They did the hard work of chiseling out the Articles of Freedom which all will marvel at some day soon like true sovereigns.
Its a daunting feat to accomplish what they did. And now its our turn.
You see samadam, there is simply no more reasons to complain or point fingers anymore at the big bad bankers, or Obama, or Bush etc.
It is time now to act like a 'true' sovereign and exercise the Rights that are yours from birth. If you choose to NOT exercise your Rights via these Articles of Freedom, it is YOU who will have that on your own conscience for not having faith in 'reason' and in the beauty and genius of these precious founding documents.
In order to be 'worthy' of our sovereignty they must be defended by each and every one of us.
There are many individuals and small groups of people across the country who are suffering right now in prison because they believed our Constitution would 'save' them in court most likely because of the IRS. The tyrants fill positions throughout the bicameral system. It is stacked against us.
What is left to us, and it is daunting to some, is a mass movement of 5% of the entire population that will agree to participate in non-violent mass civic actions to withhold financial resources from the government in various ways simultaneously throughout the nation States.
This is only one of many suggestions in the AOF.
If you are a true patriot you will be involved because there is no other way around this.

Have you read the civil action portion of the Articles of Freedom? It is up to US, you and me, to enforce this document. It can't enforce itself, just like the Constitution!

When a goodly number of millions of American people agree, we will withdraw our financial support from the federal government, in a lawful and constitutional manner, and implement other responsible civic actions, until all violations of the Constitution for the United States of America CEASE.

Why should we add provisions and clarifications to the constitution when the problem is that it is ignored? The problem is not that the constitution is lacking in substance or clarity.
I think you may be opening a can of worms if you push for the constitution to be re-worded to add your clauses.
I read your suggested "improvements" and I disagree with some. Are you promoting tyranny of the majority by seeking a mandate that many may disagree with?
We are a republic and the constitution is the basis for our rule of law. Please don't mess with it - enforce it!

What one CC09 Delegate has been doing since the meeting
A delegate I voted for is now writing letters to the editor supporting Sarah Palin.
I sent him an article where Palin states the only flag in her office is Israeli... and asked if he was loyal to Israel or the Republic, because currently Israel is kicking the Republic's ass. Here is his reply:
In the book, "The Bell Curve", scientists proved that Jews are the smartest race. They have risen to the top of all professions. On the average, they are not noted for manual labor. Their intelligence, industriousness, and strong families have given them unusual influence in world society, and specially in world finance, media, and politics. You hold up one example of a single delegate out of how many went to Illinois? And you are basing your entire conclusion of the CC09 on that?
Have you even read through the Articles of Freedom? Have you listened to the webinar by Bob Schulz? Are you sure you really understand what this non-violent movement is all about?
I beg of you to study this further before advertising such petty stuff that only degrades the intense efforts by all.
Hell, I am a founding member of Minnesotans For Limited Government. We had a member who had White Supremacy sympathies. I was very dismayed with my colleagues when it was decided to hold a meeting to expunge his membership based upon these 'ideas'.
I strongly opposed that based upon his Right to his own ideas and speech despite my vehement disagreement with him. He resigned instead once a 'hearing' was held.
Same goes here my dear. If you don't fight for someones' right to speech or thought, then you yourself will find you don't have any either.
Clearly this delegate's views DO NOT represent the mission of CC2009!!!
You could have been a delegate yourself had you been involved. Oh well. Surely there were enough there who truly represented your sovereignty, your Rights and dream of returning our government under the Constitution?

I offered an example of why I no longer support it. It is not my only reason.
I put all I had into fighting for liberty, and find that indeed, I have no more liberty for myself or anyone else.
I have no proposal to return "our" anything anywhere, I propose to stop waiting for "all of us" to do anything, and will do my level best to speak truth and take right action. I do not believe our liberty lies in the Constitution. I do not believe tyranny will be overthrown by a mass movement, but by enough individuals taking personal responsibility. I will do the one thing I know is right, I have been, and will continue, to attempt to function self sufficiently, I am pursuing my lawful sovereignty, and I will always support people who WANT my aid.
Just an aside, after working for CC09 for months, on election day I dragged my husband down to the polling site to work with me. The delegates were kind enough to email my husband and thank HIM for all he did. No, this is not about sour grapes, it is about demonstrating that the people involved here locally are just as glad that I am no longer involved. Just as they way the folks here at DP are no longer allies, in some odd twist of the world. So be it. Chickens and garden are where I need to spend my time anyway.
As I keep telling folks, I am going no where, the "movement" left me behind. If anyone needs us, my husband and I will be over here in the corner, speaking truth to no one at all. If you are looking for us, we should be easy to spot. We are the folks everyone is pointing at and laughing.
There is a deeper truth, and CC09 is another distraction.

I accept wholeheartedly what you stated here that liberty does NOT lie in the Constitution but by enough individuals taking personal responsibility. After all it is only a piece of paper that must be defended with honor and our lives if need be. Only 'virtuous' people are capable of freedom. That is a fact.

On the right hand side of this site are a myriad of
conflicts, threats to righteous candidates, sell outs, threats to religion, soldiers displaying their loyalties to our Constitution, Ron Paul attempting to have the Federal Reserve audited.
There is a lot of bustle going on as usual. This is what life is like when we no longer uphold and live within the Constitution.
Yet hidden in the midst of all this rabble is something that has already been 'forged' over 14 years of petitioning the government, court cases, and finally when met with contempt, a Continental Congress 2009 became manifest by those who cared.
I would invite all of you to please get involved in this. It is perhaps our real last chance to reclaim our Republic.
Please please keep this displayed for all those who do not know!!! I love you all and pray one day we will never need a site like this anymore because we will have reaped the wonderful consequences of overcoming the tyrannical forces with our Law and sovereignty alone.
