The President today signed an Executive Order (attached) establishing a Council of Governors to strengthen further the partnership between the Federal Government and State Governments to protect our Nation against all types of hazards. When appointed, the Council will be reviewing such matters as involving the National Guard of the various States; homeland defense; civil support; synchronization and integration of State and Federal military activities in the United States; and other matters of mutual interest pertaining to National Guard, homeland defense, and civil support activities....

Apparently politics are not really for the working stiffs, heck who has time to read and understand just one of these bills not too mention the multitudes that are passed. Then there is the calls to other bills....argh I don't have time. No wonder, if I am not mistaken this is the full bill??

This man is totally out of control, and needs to be stopped, as well as his socialist clonies in congress. They all need to be fired, but hey, they will all be voted out this year, or in 2012, and it will be because the American public will make that decision for them, and take them out of office.
They have successfully convinced politicians at all levels of a
"chain of command" with actions like this over the years. To the point that a City councilmember feels a state legislator somehow "outranks" them and the legislator thinks the US Senator is his superior. Now the president will be the boss of the Governors in a more official capacity.
Just wait though. As soon as people find out the truth about the Gulf of Tonkin, it will be an all out revolution up in here!

I've been watching all these old documentaries
And getting more and more pissed. What the hell will it take to wake people up to this foolishness? Dude, the federal government laid seige on a friggin church and the people cheered them on. It's almost 20 years later and things have become exactly what the old school conspiracy theorists were predicting. I don't like where the story ends and I'm not seeing it changing.
