faux friends of taxpayers, vs. real friends
Joe Kennedy should drop out?? Why?
Let Mr. Brown, the "Republican", drop out for a change, and let us see a real contest between an open socialist democrat on one hand, and a consistantly small government libertarian on the other, without a big(ger) government GOP candidate muddying the political waters.
At least this way, voters have a real choice, not merely (with respect to the late US Senator from Arizona) an echo!
PEACE AND FREEDOM!!

This Just In
Part 2 from http://www.centerforsmallgovernment.com/
When we sent out Part 1 of this Warning to our fellow Tea Party Protesters, we expected lively responses from our fellow Tea Party Activists and our small government subscribers.
We got it. Everything from agreement and "Well, who should we vote for then?" to courteous disagreement. Thoughtful insights. Expressions of support for our alternative. We hope to address the issues and concerns raised in a number of emails in this and future messages we send out.
But we also got a flurry of hostile and vicious emails that surprised us: littered with profanity, name calling, ad hominems, and groundless accusations. Most of it from self-identified Republican Party members. 81 of them unsubscribed to this newsletter.
Finally, some very strange things happened: we got numerous emails from Massachusetts voters, mostly Republicans, who conceded that Part I of this message tells the unvarnished truth about Scott Brown's 11-year legislative voting record.
"Yes, everything that you have said about Brown is true, but.." wrote Susan.
"I agree that Scott Brown is a Big Government Republican, but...," wrote several.
"I don't take issue with what you've said about Brown...He is not a small government candidate, but...," wrote several.
Among those who emailed us, person after person agreed that, throughout his 11-year state legislative career, Scott Brown has repeatedly voted for higher government spending, bigger government, and higher taxes. "But...."
After they agreed that we're right about Scott Brown and his sorry, Big Government legislative record, these people added "But...I'm voting for him anyway."

Scott's a slug, but...
...I'm an idiot (or fool, or moral coward), so I'm voting for him anyway. Besides, he has nice hair and doesn't wear geeky glasses.

It's obvious, after listening
It's obvious, after listening to the three candidates, Joe Kennedy is the real deal. Brown is your groomed puppet, Coakley thinks she a shoe-in.It was a pleasure listening to Joe... The difference in his authentic platform and the rhetoric from the other two is gigantic.
Scott Brown. mmmmmm such a principled candidate
offered up by Republicans in that incestuous State of Massachusets. I take it they just don't do background checks on their candidates.
Mr. Brown it seems posed nude for Cosmo in 1982!!!

I admit his physique is quite striking, but his mind/soul is highly questionable not to mention how compromised he already is.
I am delighted there is Joe Kennedy for Senate. He will get my support!
Here's interesting piece,

Good article, commenters have drank the kool aid
So vote for a possible but unlikely breaking of the 60 vote block.
Vote for 6 more years of voting for more war.
Vote for more government spending and bailouts.
And now for something completely different:
Vote for Joe.
Free includes debt-free!
Joe Kennedy's got my vote
I'll be voting on the 19th, as a proud unenrolled voter in MA.
You say the name,
The name Ron Paul,
you say the man is unelectable
You're cynical, and so am I
All politicians go to hell when they die
Don't they?
Throw your vote away.
Don't throw your vote away.

Who's "stealing" votes from whom?
This site has a great comparison chart that outlines significant differences in the candidates, especially Kennedy from the other two. This makes who to vote for a no-brainer.

Many people are wrong in supporting Brown
They have abandoned philosophical principle. This is more and more becoming the norm than the exception. Maybe if we were wise enough to take the risks that need to be taken we would be covering even more ground. A vote for Brown is a vote for the establishment we hate. Look at his record, stop being a fool.
Secondly, how do you know that we won't have more defectors if Brown does stand against the deal? You don't and I GUARANTEE that there will be more Republicans voting for the healthcare reform as soon as they get payed off. Just like Cap and Trade, just like the bailouts and stimulus. These people don't have principle so the only hope is to vote for people who do.
Lastly, this interview was interesting. Not only because he was given so much time to flesh out some of his ideas but also because the media grilled him on so many questions even asking him where Yemen is on a map :O Sounds like a good way to vet a candidate but is this typical of candidates appearing on this station? I would guess not.

Pandemic of BS
There is a pandemic of BS circulating on talk show radio that Brown will stop the Health care bill, so we must vote for him. BS. As Joe Kennedy stated in the debate on Tuesday, Obama care WILL pass no matter which one of the lead (Pb) candidates win. I say let it pass, which will only serve to piss off more of the middle class.
As much as I can't stand the thought of another socialist/communist Senator representing Massachusetts,(FYI: that's one e - for Coakley's staff) I equally despise adding another Neo-Con to the mix. Remember that Brown voted for S-2028 "the Pandemic bill" and unlike Sen. Bob Hedlund, never publically admitted that he F'ed up voting for martial law and forced vaccinations based on a super hyped non existent deadly strain of flu.
Brown is a spineless wimp and if elected will surely vote with the winds that blow him.
If his daughters get raped, it is good to know that he will allow them a contraceptive abortion.
Nice one Scott!!!
I will be voting for Joseph Kennedy.. thank you.
Even many members of Ron
Even many members of Ron Paul's nonpartisan Campaign for Liberty are pushing Brown.
Why?
What?
Who?
Kennedy is a member of Campaign for Liberty.
'Always be yourself. Everyone else is taken.' - Oscar Wilde
Maybe they aren't real members
Maybe they are trolls or hired by the Brown campaign.
Maybe they are not educated about his healthcare record which
includes unwavering support for Mitt Romney's universal plan in Mass.
Maybe people need to do their homework on people before believing the rhetoric and sound bites from a single video taken out of context.
Maybe some of these people would vote for Bush if he ran his 2000 platform again.

Expect defections, its part of the process.
Spread the word to fill those voids.
The MSM wins if voters are scared into wasting their vote for a single issue, like health care.
How have they (MSM) convinced people that Brown would or even could stop the natioanl health care program. I hear snoring...
Is the R3volution dead in the water?
Free includes debt-free!
Brown wont stop the bill
My opinion, and its been see to be true again and again, is that voting Brown in only to vote the health care bill down is futile. Someone else will just move to a yes vote to fill the void. you know how the routine is, the big pharma folks will just go from holding a fund raising event for Coakley yes vote, to filling some other senators pockets for a yes vote.
Think of all the negative things neocon Brown will bring us if voted in. More of the neocon attitude of war and intervention, and big government and fear. A keynesian who will "cut taxes", but continue spending .
Taking those things to heart, Joe Kennedy will still have my vote. The other 2 aren't worth it, the positives don't even come close to out-weighing the negatives.

You have one vote to spend, so to speak.
This upcoming vote can be an indicator of the stregth of the R3volution.
As long as politicians can depend on the lesser of two evils tactic, it wil be used. They will buy ads to promote it.
Ted Kennedy voted agaisnt the Iraq War Resolution of 2003. Joe Kennedy says he will continue that legacy. There's my support, right there!

Well its so nice you feel so strongly
That you've been here a week and your only posts have been to promote him in this very tight Senate race in Mass. I think it will all be moot anyway as he will probably drop out over the weekend.
THIS is a TOUGH one for MA...
Joe Kennedy is definitely the only correct candidate.
But here is a real chance for the health care bill to be stifled if the Republican gets the Senate seat.
My sister lives in MA and asked me how I would vote - being I'm such a big Ron Paul supporter.
I've told her my heart is with Joe Kennedy but since the polling is now so close, maybe she should vote for Scott Brown ONLY because this health care bill could literraly be stopped with one more Republican in the senate.
But I also said I would support her vote for Kennedy as a principled vote.
Maybe I am wrong to consider the wrong guy here just to stop that health care bill.
Any thoughts on my thinking???
Is this a time for pragmatism over principle?
"We have allowed our nation to be over-taxed, over-regulated, and overrun by bureaucrats. The founders would be ashamed of us for what we are putting up with."
-Ron Paul
There is an exception to every rule
And this has got to be it. This juggernaut of a takeover of our lives as we know it has to be stopped. Kennedy will not come out of this looking good if he helps Coakley get elected.
No exception for me
"If you sacrifice 1% on the issue, you sacrifice 100% of the principle."
Joe Kennedy's got my vote. I live in MA, and I'll be voting on the 19th.
'Always be yourself. Everyone else is taken.' - Oscar Wilde
Coakley does not need Kennedy to get elected.
She comes out of the priamry with close to 700,000 votes versus Browns' less than 200,000.
A vote for Brown is a vote of confidence in the status quo Republican Party, interventionist and big government.
Kennedy represents the exact opposite.
Baloney
Have I lost my way? Is this the Daily Paul?
Dr. Paul as much as conceded that the Health Care Bill was a done deal. So we should sell everything (ie principles) for nothing.

You are wrong-Dr Paul has conceded no such thing

Dear C4L Member,
Don’t let the establishment convince you otherwise: the fight to prevent big government from confiscating even more of our health care freedom is not over. In fact, the next three weeks will be the most critical time for you to make your voice heard.
Simply put, congressmen and senators are in a panic as polling shows Americans are turning strongly against Obama’s massive takeover of health care. Whether you’ve contacted your senators repeatedly or not, now is the time to act.
False hopes and MSM fear mongering

Fact: Scott Brown proudly proclaims that he was a key part of the team that designed RomneyCare, the Massachusetts health care reform bill endorsed and backed by Senator Ted Kennedy. Scott Brown helped write, voted for, and endorses the bill provision that forces all Massachusetts workers to buy medical insurance - or pay a penalty tax.
And now, Scott Brown's provision requiring everyone to buy medical insurance - or pay a mandatory penalty tax - is a key part of the Nancy Pelosi-Harry Reid-Barack Obama Health Care Reform Bill.
If true sounds like false hope.

Vote for the principle of life over pocketbook.
Brown won't be able to stop the health care bill. Weren't their abstaining votes to break the Health Care filibuster?
Besides for me the number one issue is the blood and treasure being wasted in pointless fights around the globe.
I am more interested in protecting the health of the world's civilians from our military might, than I am in protecting my own pocketbook.
Which is the higher principle? Vote for Joe!
