Played Monopoly the other night, the first time in probably a decade.
Under the Rules section:
THE BANK never "goes broke". If the Bank runs out of Money it may issue as much Money of its own as it may need by merely writing on any ordinary paper.

There you go! An excellent educating tool for the masses on how to fund progress. I need to invent a bank run addition to the game.
