SWAT Team Surrounds My Home Looking for Ninja Pizza Bandit

0 votes

Today my home was surrounded by Police, FBI, SWAT teams armed with machine guns and even a sniper that set up position in front of the house (not a good sniper since I spotted him right away). They insisted there was a pizza bandit hiding in my home. This is no joke.

SWAT team deploys, but robbery suspect isn't there

They arrived pounding on the doors and windows, so I was already upset to begin with, but then when I answered the door, a plain clothes officer in a parka and night cap, who looked and acted like a criminal himself, jammed his leg in the door so I couldn't close it. When I asked him to move his leg, he refused saying that he had to have his leg there so I couldn't close the door. He said he had to talk to me.

I checked their badges because they were acting like criminals and I wasn't sure if they weren't. They told me who the pizza bandit was and showed me a photo. When I told him I never heard of the pizza bandit and had never seen him before, he insisted I was lying and told me he wanted to search the house. Well, thanks to my education on the Constitition from the Daily Paul, Youtube, and other liberty oriented sites I told him no.

Some more officers came, I think one was FBI, and they said something like, "We're not threatening you, but if you don't let us in to search your home, we'll just get a search warrant and search your home anyway and it will be a lot worse for you."

I told them there was no pizza bandit in my home and I would not let them search. In their minds, this started a standoff and even more police came, along with all the media in big vans with antennas. The roads were blocked off with police cars and cones in three directions and firetrucks arrived lighting the neighborhood up like Christmas again. When a police negotiator started calling asking me to allow them to search or to come out of the house, I continued to refuse and told them about the Constitution.

I said something like, "You cant go around searching the homes of people and accusing them of harboring fugitives on guess work."

The more I resisted, the angrier they seemed to become. They started pulling vehicles into my yard to shine spotlights on the house. And demanded that I come out of the house - I was not going to come out, because I knew what they would do to me if I did at that point.

The police had my phone bugged and they were blocking incoming calls from the media and family after the negotiator showed up, so I figured the best thing I could do was call an attorney. I don't know if it's coincidence or not, but when I called an attorney, everything started to change for the better while talking to him.

Note: memorize the cell phone number of a good attorney - you never know when you might need to call.

Shortly thereafter, the police realized the pizza bandit really wasn't in my home and I was telling them the truth.

Suddenly, with the police at fault, it turned from a big news story into something that began to get swept under the rug. The media vans began leaving and there was very little coverage after that. And, there is absolutely no substantial coverage about how a large police force of SWAT and FBI surrounded the wrong house in a "standoff," lasting several hours because someone didn't want their home searched.

Since most sheeple that watch the news would probably say I should have given in and let the SWAT team storm through my home anyway, I thought I would share it with you guys here at Daily Paul, because I know everyone here would appreciate reading about a fellow patriot refusing unjustified searches of American homes.

Something Else Creepy...

They wanted to search my home a day after they searched July4Patriot's home.

Coincidence? Was the Pizza Bandit just an excuse?

Another strange twist: Violations of Hobbs Act?

"A federal indictment issued Wednesday charges Victor Ray Hall, of Salt Lake City, of 11 counts of violating the Hobbs Act, which prohibits an actual or attempted robbery that affects interstate commerce."

"Also named in the indictment is Tamara D. Elfstrom, 32, of Salt Lake City, who is accused of participating in three of the robberies and charged with three counts of violating the Hobbs Act."

http://www.sltrib.com/news/ci_14289397

Is that so the government could justify using FBI and federal agents against these pizza robbers?

Interstate commerce?

Your local pizza joints deliver across state lines? :P

I don't think so.

But I haven't tried getting a pizza delivered from an out of state pizza place.

I was just kidding.

I do wonder, though, what they meant about the robbery affecting interstate commerce.

I was trying to kid back.

The pizza chains

Corporate headquarters are in another state,so in essence they committed robbery over state lines.
If someone robbed my Ca. store they are actually robbing me personally in Az. because my legal headquarters is in Az.

Still it seems like very strange charges.

Like they're up to something unusual.

I agree

Someone really needs to get some media exposure to these happenings,so that it does not continue in the future.

$25,000 in Damages from SWAT team

Here is a family that allowed the SWAT team to search their home only a week before I denied them.

The SWAT team fired gas grenades into the home causing an estimated $25,000 of damage!

That bad guy wasn't there either.

Now you definitely have a suit

and possibly a class action suit with these folks that had it happen to them also.
Your suit falls under the fact that they made a mistake once and then did it again.
I would investigate back as far as you can to find more!

Today it Gets Even Creepier!

Here is video of the pizza bandit getting arrested! He's a black guy! And he looks completely different than all the images of Victor Hall that the media and police have shown so far!

Even the photo of Victor Hall in this arrest video is different than the actual guy they show getting arrested in the very same video!

http://www.ksl.com/?nid=148&sid=9374675

Take a look at the photo too!
http://www.ksl.com/emedia/slc/1715/171582/17158288.jpg

It's a different person!

Anyone want to take a guess what is going on?

Video of Arrest Has Been Deleted! Photo Removed Also!

However, the above photo link still works!

You be the judge, same guy or not?

Pizza Bandit Victor Hall, Wanted Photo on Left, Arrest on Right:

http://img63.imageshack.us/img63/2290/pizzabanditphotos.jpg

(I captured the arrest video before it was deleted...)

Curious to know if they even have the same name.

You're right. Something seems strange with all of this.

Both the Arrest Video and Image Caption said Victor Hall.

The only problem is that the guy arrested doesn't look anything like the wanted photos that the media has been showing for weeks.

More false media? How could they have been looking for a white guy the whole time only to arrest a black guy?

Even stranger

The woman they arrested, Tamara Dawn Elfstrom? Her boyfriend from her MySpace page,"Chaos," kind of looks like the mug of "Victor Hall" that was shown, yet it's not the same man. Also, this guy's apparently only 5'9" and not 6' 190lbs as the police claim.

http://www.myspace.com/505764189

WTH?

That is even stranger.

That Chaos guy doesn't look like either the black or white Victor Hall.

Black ≠ White

At least some of the people commenting noticed the glaring problem:

http://www.ksl.com/index.php?nid=148&sid=9374675&comments=true

So when there are obvious visual inconsistencies in the news at least some people notice...

That's not saying much though.

Pizza Bandit Caught Peacefully! Media Libel Getting Worse!

The FBI finally caught the pizza bandit - he must have forgot his ninja suit. It didn't even require a SWAT team. They just waited until he came out of his Motel and arrested him peacefully.

However, the mainstream media is getting even worse at reporting!

Now the media is saying that a SWAT team surrounded him last Wednesday at his mom's house! Watch the video.

http://www.abc4.com/content/news/slc/story/Pizza-Bandit-susp...

WTF!

:(

Why is the FBI involved with what would be called petty robbery"

What Federal laws did this person commit? Robbery would be a state issue. Outlaw Federal agents to operate in your state.

There's Something Really Strange Going on Here.

The guy they arrested as the pizza bandit does not look like the guy they were looking for! See my post above.

He's a black guy instead of the white guy they showed in all the media up until now.

And they didn't need a SWAT team to arrest him peacefully - only to try to search my home.

???

Did he paint his face black and put on a mustache disguise?

Edit: nope, a close look shows he would need plastic surgery to look so different.

Something is not right here for sure....

I sure hope you, and your family are okay, and that you get some type of apology, or compensation for your trouble, what a bunch of knuckleheads if you ask me.

I seen that

like you said, sounds like something not right.

The media is continuing the overtime scam cover-up

If they didn't involve the SWAT team this time, wouldn't all the other SWAT overtime pay, I mean, activity have seemed unnecessary?

Defend Liberty!

Completely! Very Bizarre!

So let's get this straight.

When they are completely unsure if they have the robber, they call in the SWAT team and seal off a neighborhood with dozens and dozens of officers from multiple agencies for a 3 hour standoff because someone completely uninvolved refuses a search of their home!

When they know they have the robber, a few FBI and police wait outside his motel and arrest him uneventfully.

Very Bizarre!

Am I on a list or what!?

Consider going to the next

Consider going to the next city council meeting and during public comment ask some questions about how they allow their police to trample their citizens. Ask them to investigate excessive use of force and creating hysteria in your neighborhood.

Thank You

Sempiternal, may God bless you for your courage as you carried out your patriotic duty. You're a fine example, and worthy of emulation.

The NOID?

You should own all of their personal cars, homes and everything of value that these idiots have. Trying to do a home invasion searching for the friggin' Noid? Not only did they get the wrong house, they got the wrong DECADE.
