of anything. It would be a great test site for them. A poor population with no important industries or other things that would disrupt any other area.

The question I have had is how was the Dominican Republic not effected? How could it be in such close proximity to the damage and not be effected?

that was asked on another thread. There was someone who connected HAARP activity with a pervious earthquake-not sure which one-maybe China. Wish I knew how he did that.
