Oathkeeper arrested as homeland terrorist?

This was posted by a liberty acquaintance of mine on FB. I don't know if this is valid or not, but why take a chance with a Patriot's life. If anyone has any information please contact me here and I'll pass it on.

"Marine Sgt. Charles Dyer (aka “July4Patriot” on Youtube) Is this person arrested now? We need info? We have information he has been arrested as a homeland terrorist?

This person is a member and representative of Oath Keepers.... Does anyone have any information on this person and his whereabouts or condition?"

the person that posted that youtube was the guy that has judged everyone as wrong. I was not able to post a comment on youtube.
These are the self righteous people that can't see beyond their own shallow thoughts. The government programming is so embedded in their minds. The poster has already judged this man and found him guilty with no evidence. Our society is too dumbed down to make any logical decision.
Personally I will continue the fight through 2012, then I quit. Then I get off the grid and let the great fallen country of fools fall.

An arrest on charges of rape of a child and forcible sodomy has led to a complaint being filed in United States District Court.

Charles Alan Dyer, 29, of Marlow, was arrested for the alleged rape and forcible sodomy of a child. During the investigation into the allegations, the Stephens County Sheriff’s Office obtained a warrant to collect DNA evidence. During the search the sheriff’s deputies noted several firearms and a device believed to be a Colt M-203, 40-millimeter grenade launcher, a complaint filed in the United States District Court of Western Oklahoma by Alcohol, Firearms and Tobacco Special Agent Brett Williams said.

On Wednesday, knowing that Dyer, an ex-Marine, had alleged contacts with militia groups and not knowing the legality of the alleged device, the Stephens County Sheriff's Office contacted federal agents and informed them of what the deputies had observed.

Dyer’s affiliation with militia groups is apparent through the videos posted on his YouTube channel — July4Patriot.

Here's a video discussing his arrest...not exactly in his behalf - also some bad language.
Info from the video claims it was for rape and molestation...they also found a grenade launcher in his home? He claims he was "framed". Who knows the truth at this point???
